Donald Trump ran on "erasing Obama's legacy"...and since he's been elected not only has he done pretty much nothing to "erase Obama's legacy", but he's actually making Obama's signature legislation more popular than it ever was.

The obamacare premiums and deductables are so high many people cannot pay.

The idea is reduce the cost of the insurance which the free market could do

That is why the ACA has a mandate to require everyone to have coverage, so no one "scams the system" You are just realizing that now?

The problem with allowing insurance companies to deny pre-existing conditions is they hire a huge staff of people who's job is just to find ways for them to deny coverage and no one is safe.

That is why 24 million more have health insurance? Because coverage was so high they could not pay?

If a man is 43 and has never bought health insurance before being diagnosed with cancer you think he should be able to pay $200 and get full coverage?

You give everyone a window - say i year from today to sign up no questions asked.

After that they can be denied coverage if they have a pre existing condition

Go easy on the Repubs. They have only had EIGHT YEARS to create a better health care alternative. Don't hold them to any standards higher than that. Lord knows that their voting constituency doesn't.
