How did Trump Overcome Genital Grabbing Scandal?

I guess you can argue that he was making a statement about how life should be. You'll get lots of support from the ragers.

Maybe you missed my reply, or maybe you just understood what I was saying before...but...there is no such thing as bad press/publicity. Especially when you are running against someone who half of America hates. And her support network included a man known to abuse his authority over women (or whatever you wanna call getting blow jobs from interns). I just don't think you get it? The hatred of Hillary and the left wing media was already about as high as you could get. The constant barrage of partisan hacksmanship displayed? The hypocrisy. The free publicity and the fact that trump was saying the right things to the right people? And making liberals wet themselves on national TV?

At the point in time that came to light? He could have punched a baby. And not even a mean baby with a Hitler Stache. Like a nice baby with puppies and flowers. And he still would have beat Hillary. And the main reason was that the left hat completely blown their load. Any attack they had was so watered down by that nobody was listening. Can you really be surprised by that? How does that shock you? Maybe it doesn't? But if you are even remotely capable of unbiased analysis of the media...you know that it was clear what was happening. The agenda. And the worst thing news can do to be taken seriously is show their agenda.

No, it's because a lot of women have no dignity and they *enjoy* when someone just "grabs em by the *****" and the rest are busy judging in the vein "well she probably deserved it" If that weren't the case, he would've been dead in the water. His numbers did go down during that time. The idea it actually helped him is absurd. But it didn't do him in (well, aside from he had 3 million fewer votes than his opponent) because of those reasons

Women see each other as competition, so there isn't a unity that you see with say 99% of blacks voting for one candidate

Seriously, you think that he could punch a baby and still win bodes well for our system of government or reflects well on him and his voters, or it's somehow the fault of the victim for revealing what he did?

Perhaps it is you who do not "get it" as you put it.

Yes, Clinton was hated and that was the product of both the fault of the Clintons and the result of many years of a serious right wing hate campaign. And after that perhaps as much as a quarter of America did truly view her as unacceptable. But presidents have been elected with more opposition that that.

Trump is outright hated by at least that as large segment and it appears to be much much more - my guess would be a solid forty percent of America despises him and views him as everything worth hating in a public figure.

After all, it took Russia and what Former VP Cheney called "an act of war" plus Comey plus that right wing machine to even allow Trump a flukey win in the EC despite losing the American people by more than 2.8 million votes. Had the election been one week earlier or one week later - Trump wouldn't be president. He won on possible the one day when all the stars were aligned in his favor as a result of factors that nobody could have foreseen nor predicted.

If the right wing does not understand that - they truly are willfully blind having gouged out their own eyes and dulled their own brain with the intoxicating liquor of their own ideological fueled hate.
