Billonaire business mogul Mark Cuban told CNN on Friday that he gives President Donald Trump a "C-minus" grade for his first 100 days in office.

"He signs a lot of executive orders that he doesn't truly understand," Cuban said. A vocal Trump critic considering his own future presidential aspirations, Cuban cited the administration's failure to pass healthcare legislation that would have repealed and replaced Obamacare and argued Trump has a long way to go on tax reform.

"He doesn't have a foundation for any tax changes — he's going to find out it's also very complicated," Cuban said, arguing that Trump campaigned on being able to make major policy changes with bipartisan support.

Now he turns around and says, "No, everybody hates me and nobody's helping me,' you know, and he pouts," Cuban said.

But Cuban, who owns the Dallas Mavericks and campaigned for Hillary Clinton in 2016, also argued that if you view Trump's presidency as "political chemotherapy," then he might deserve a higher grade.

"If that's the way you're evaluating Donald Trump, he's doing a phenomenal job," Cuban said.

Cuban vs Trump 2020? Perhaps, though I still doubt Cuban runs, and even if he does, the Democrats would likely not even consider him.

It would be interesting to see someone beat Trump at his own game though.
 
Man if dems run a billionaire or another clinton after what they did to sanders, they are truly lost and risk not only failing again at an election they would've otherwise easily prevailed at, but they seriously risk an actual liberal party taking off

I doubt it but I dont care, I figured long ago that Trump is only doing one term, because that is all that he is going to want to do........my question is why is this Cuban all over DP somewhat regularly when so far as I know he has no expertise, and when most of what he says sounds so Access Hollywood?

Trump opened the doors for anyone to run for president. Perhaps before electing some Reality T.V. star to the presidency you should have thought twice about it.

And it doesn't matter who the GOP runs in 2020, because whether it's Trump or someone else, Trump or whoever is the nominee will be running entirely on Trump's record. The 2020 election will be all about Trump, whether or not he runs.

It must be a very depressing place to be this where you are, believing that a guy with no political talent can grow up to be President....that's how bad America is now.

If I were not 100% sure that you are wrong I would be depressed.

No, you are wrong. Trump won because he knew things about America that the Pro's did not, because they are corrupt and stupid and full of themselves and with low morals, Trump brought forth enormous political talent, just as with his golf game he plays this at a very high level.

Cuban hasn't run for president (yet). He may run in the future, and who knows, maybe he could win.

That's why Trump's team consider's him a threat.

Let Cuban run for an office in Texas in 2018. His grade for trump was curved upward for obvious reasons to me .

Cuban is more personally likable.... whether that would be the case after a negative campaign is unknown but that's better then nothing

When I taught for 33 years I would occasionally bump somebody up a grade if there were circumstances that warranted it - but two whole grades up from what was deserved? :shock::doh Cuban must have been feeling amazingly charitable.
