Trump's first 100 days fairly resembles Obama's first 100 days in the second term.

He's really speeding through those "First 100 Days" promises. In that he's achieved none of them.

Only if he's cheating more than he traditionally has, and he's a well-known golf cheat.

Well, shucks. I was hoping an investment somewhere paid off.

I suspect that if you look at his campaign pledges, he promised more than what's on this list.

Any idea when this "contract" was made?

Who knew it would be so hard to be president.

The difference is with a liberal majority and a liberal supreme court, obama would have accomplished more than trump

He's gotten a lot of golf in, and charged the taxpayers a butt ton of money for flying to Florida every weekend and having Melania live in NYC instead of the White House. Does that count?

Whatever he's done it must be working, Sportsbooks odds suggests he is the favorite for a 2nd term:

Donald Trump - Presidential Propositions
January 20th, 2021
Wed 1/20 11 Donald Trump is President on 1/20/21 -130
8:00AM 12 Donald Trump not President on 1/20/21 -110

Well I mean, if bookies say it, it must be true!

Here is something Trump and his administration has accomplished.

Hijazi an American Egyptian along with her husband Mohammed and 5 other co-workers-- worked for a foundation dedicated to aiding Cairo's street children until May 2014 when its offices were raided. They were accused of child trafficking and abuse and put into prison where they have been for 3 years. Human Rights Watch reported it was a travesty of justice with absolutely no evidence of wrongdoing.

Prez Trump brought it up with Prez al Sisi on his visit here a couple of weeks ago. Gen. Mattis met with Prez al Sisi to facilitate the release. A couple of days ago all charges were dropped against Hijazi , her husband Mohammed and her co-workers. They all flew back home to the U.S. on a military plane and she and her brother were at the White House today.

In the clip below you can see Trump not allowing the press to bombard her with questions and the presser was rather short.

Very good piece by the Washington Post:

Typical Trump spin:

Reality: Trump has failed to pass a major piece of legislation and yells stupid crap at our allies.

I don't think much. True, Repeal and Replace failed. Nothing on the wall yet, his ban of people from countries exporting terrorism lost in the courts. But he has signed a ton of EO's. Pulled back some regulations. Perhaps reigned in some of those over reaching agencies.

Trump hasn't done anything so far that I really object to or that I think needed praise. For me, so far, it has been kind of a ho hum presidency. Trump did appoint a SCOTUS justice, but whether that justice ends up being good or bad won't be known for a few years. David Souter comes to mind, supposedly a conservative justice nominated by G.H.W. Bush or Bush the first ended up being quite liberal. A believer in that the constitution is a living document to be interpreted as needed. Not as the framers intended.

All in all, nothing there to get excited or upset about, yet.
