Looks like a spoof to me. It doesn't have the headers that are usually on real government emails.

You often won't see those classification headers if the email was sent on an unclassified system. You can usually choose FOUO or SBU from a pull down menu but people often don't.

I still think it is fake, though.
 
I won't even Google before I pronounce it FAKE!
 
The above video and my knowing to it existed, tells way too much about me and my obsession with all things Star Trek.

I got a bunch of old sayings I just made up. I ain't old yet!? Lazy, fat and happy.... YES! Dear God, wish I may wish I might, let me outlive the Donald, 10 years and 84 days older than me, by at least one night.
