There are so few people who can actually itemize medical and derive any benefit from it it's hardly worth mentioning. The only reason it's in the code is to help ease the tax burden for people who suffer catastrophic medical expenses.

If they're reconstructive surgery say due to a mastectomy, yes. Elective cosmetic surgery no. Though I suppose some adult models may be able to make a case that it is an ordinary and necessary business expense.
