Is Trump setting a template for how future presidents will get elected and perform? Will more business leaders and citizens without political experience be considered serious contenders? Will presidents appeal directly to the citizens as often as Trump does with Twitter? Will future presidents take on their adversaries as aggressively in public as Trump does? Will they not fear political correctness? These are the good traits that could pass on. I'd hope that they'll choose their words a little more carefully than Trump does. So what do you think? Not just Americans, but those outside the U.S. as well, will it influence your country? :popcorn2:

Trump's liable to turn the Presidency into a figurehead position, especially if it's seen as an entry-level job.
Like I said elsewhere, if he keeps this up his leash will be so short he won't be able to crap alone, for fear he'll be tweeting on the toilet.

I hope so, but I'll settle for any conservative who will actually do what he says he'll do. I haven't seen one of those since Reagan.

Elect better politicians then. Here's the thing...if you've heard a politician's name in the news, it's a safe bet that person is slime. Corrupt as a broken hard drive.

What's worse is...these people continue to make bad decisions, and the idiot voters reward them by electing them again and again. Why? Because somewhere along the way we were told that only politicians can be in government. And things get worse and worse, but these chumps keep getting elected over and over. It's political Stockholm Syndrome.
