Interesting info on Rachel Madow show tonight concerning Russian use of Twitter

A study was done concerning twitter and robo twitter during the last week before the election. It seems that over 18% of all twitter was robo twitter during that week. What was happening was if any twitter message sent out mentioned the Dems, Hillary or Clinton, that person would get flooded with harrassing robo twitter messages, negative ones against Hillary Clinton and some ever porn. This was being done by the Russians as part of their attempt to get Trump elected. It forced anyone talking about Clinton off of Twitter.

First of all, please provide a link to the study.

So apparently it forced everyone talking about Clinton off of Twitter, yet Hillary Clinton herself still was somehow still able to use hers? How does that work exactly? Not to mention the fact that plenty of celebs, politicians, etc. constantly expressed their support for Hillary during the last week of the election?

Berniecrats who didn't vote for Clinton because of the Russian smears on Clinton will have the most buyer's remorse.

We've got to keep our eyes on the prize one day at a time.

It will take a full court press, enforcing the shot clock, to flip the state legislatures and governors in the next two cycles.

DEMs need to be reminded every day that GOPs would have never given Clinton a seat on the USSC.

We need to make McConnell one of the faces we run against in 2018, as GOPs did in 2014 with Reid.

We need to keep trump around until the fall of 2018 for the most damage.

There are great web sites out there doing tremendous nuts and bolts work.

Google the House seat of Price in Georgia where a Democrat is leading in your jungle primary .

My wife mentioned this at the time. It was very noticeable.

you do have something in your favor. 4 out of ten Americans apparently favor socialism to Capitalism. The country is going down the tubes from the creeping crud of collectivism

trump is a plurality candidate heading for the high 20% range.

How low will he go before McFilibuster launches him?

Hopefully he sticks around until Nixon's 44th anniversary.

Gorsuch is a stolen seat and you know it .

Think back to what Olbermann and Schultz did in 2008 in helping DEMs win.

That is what you republicans are afraid of, as well as what trumpcare will do to GOP lawmakers in 2018 .

I'm not a Republican, but given the Dems actions I'm certainly not a Dem either.

Ignorance should be mocked and denounced. Madow is an ignorant woman living in a partisan delusion. She proved this with her puffed up Trump tax return flop.

I am glad that we most likely will have him on the court. there are no Protestants on the court despite the fact that they are the biggest religious group in the USA. so you lefties who like affirmative action should be happy. Breyer, Kagan, and Ginsburg are Jewish. 33% of the court in a society where 2% are Jewish. Garland would have meant Jews had 22X more representation on the court than they have in society. Doesn't seem very fair to me

Thomas, Alito, Kennedy, Roberts, and Sotomayor-Catholic more than half the court is Catholic though only 24% of Americans follow that faith

You cannot show documented proof of Maddow lying, versus say trump's daily barrage of lies.

The important issues I've seen you post on have all been to the conservative hard-right republican.

It was before the 2006 election that republicans started denying their brand .

Sounds to me like we need an atheist on the court more than anything else Or, at the very least, a non-denominational type like those "Higher Power" folks from AA . :)

your Trump Unacceptance and Resistance Disorders (TURDS for short) have blinded you to sarcasm

but yes I think the majority faith in the country ought to have some representation on the Supreme court rather than having it 44% Jewish when there are only 2% Jews in our country.

I was more surprised to learn that 5 of the 8 are Catholic (6 of 9 if we remember the Honorable Scalia). That floored me, to be honest. I certainly expected Thomas and Roberts to be Protestant...not sure why, just did.
 
Hillary lost because of the low voter turnout. And the fact she is a lazy campaigner.
