This is the US State department's travel advisory map. Notice anything? You will notice countries of color and Muslim countries are more likely to have the scary orange and red colors. It's very disappointing, but shouldn't be surprising given we have a president who openly supports stereotypes considering people of color to be more dangerous than whites.

Just another insidious and sneaky way that racism has made it into this administration.

There is no doubt in my mind that Bannon is a "closet racist". The question is whether Trump is one as well. Typically, people with opposing views don't work well together. As such, the close bond between Bannon and Trump may be an indicator of "like mindedness".

Wise.

I'll bet you actually believe that's a real map published by the State Department.

But even if it is (it isn't), the color-coding looks pretty much spot-on. It's only your need to read racism into everything that leads you to think anything is amiss.

But hey, if you think the indications are so bogus and racist, you're welcome to hop a flight to North Korea any time you like.

Are you seriously trying to claim that the reason the chart tells people to avoid active war zones is racism?

Wow.

Another garbage tier thread from AA.

Seriously? *facepalm*

Another AA spam thread.

Gern was forced to flee the area for his life eventually.

Facinating.

Well, to be fair, a lot of those countries were already super iffy to travel to long before Trump came on the scene, either because of massive political instability, outright war, bad mojo with Americans, or local laws that would blindside the average tourist who had not properly researched them in advance.

Wow.

Tell me which wars are going on in those central African countries? Why should they stay away? Because they have scary black people?

Why shouldn't Americans visit those places sometimes? It's a good eye-opening experience at how rich in culture these places are in spite of all the damage they have suffered at the hands of decades of western colonialism.

But I guess it's just a coincidence that nations of color all have higher precautionary restrictions on them.

Educate yourself. There is no excuse for the level of ignorance you have shown.

Americans should stay away because it's ****ing stupid to vacation in an active war zone.

Colonialism has been over for going on fifty years now.

No, it's because those are countries which are in the middle of wars.
