1. "Hate media" doesn't like Trump.
2. Trump openly chides them.
3. "Hate media" posts low approval ratings.

Sorry...but I don't buy it. The media in general, have really covered themselves in mud. I no longer trust any of it

Trump get the kind of coverage that he deserves. He does stupid stuff and the msm reports stupid stuff. Trump got very favorable coverage after his speech to congress and then stepped on his own "willy" a few days later with his bs wire-tapping tweets.

Sure, Global Warming stopped, but that stop started before your boy got into office, so he didn't create the pause, he just had the [leftist] misfortune to suffer through it trying to promote the agenda, meanwhile the GW scare engine had shut down.

Trump is actually doing just fine. Fortunately he isn't bothered by all that both establishments [ just the one in reality ] of both parties, the establishment media, the establishment academia, etc is throwing at him. They are wounded and cornered wild animals, so they are fighting as best they can while they bleed out.

You see, one becomes immune, inoculated after so much exposure to the pox that is modern liberalism. Being brought up in the rough and tumble of the NYC contracting/construction real world... then moving on to bigger and harder things, Trump developed a thick skin, knows to ignore everything, especially that put out by a fake media, while keeping his eyes on the prize, his ultimate goals.

Your mainstream media has completely lost even a shred of credibility, so nobody of importance cares anymore what garbage they toss.

And you folks on the left? You will be complaining about Trump no matter what he does. So, who cares? Besides, you are powerless to do anything but what you, in fact, do best... complain, complain, take a time out to call everyone bigots then start complaining some more.

The good thing about having been continuously and falsely claimed to be racists, misogynists, homophobes, xenophobes, etc ad nauseum, is that now almost all of us, except maybe our Rino weakling brethren, are also now immune to it.

We have a broken system. It always takes a while, once you become ill, and the left had most certainly taken us into a sickness heading towards national demise, to start into the recovery phase. So we will be running a temperature for a bit until the antidote kicks in.

Myself, even though I am so often, in this target rich environment, tempted to put your sillinesses down, euthanize them, put them out of our misery... I am going to try to discipline myself, take the lead from Trump, and mainly just ignore the left's constant bleating about our side while we dedicate ourselves to making America Great Again.

Maybe I will stop in to fulfill the prescription for the occasional body slam on some of the more egregious threads, I guess this would be my own form of the Trump "twitter" time... but as a recovering addict to this slamming, made stronger from all the years of false name calling, I don't have to take that pill daily any longer, I can exist on homeopathic doses of handing out to libs their just medicine, their just desserts with a cherry on top.

Besides, since you folks do not esteem logic, common sense or facts, its often futile, utterly useless. So I say let you all gather in these thread rooms together, cry, commiserate in your fate as a dying ideology, the dinosaur left. You can bring back the Dodo, but this is an extinction the planet has been waiting too long to occurr.

Idk if that is fair. The media on both sides of the aisle have disgraced themselves. Journalistic integrity has always been a joke, but can you remember a time that the media has been this over the top? Seriously, I think I would rather get my news from Ron Burgundy at this point.

Upon reading your insightful and objective screed, I sensed your calm demeanor. I felt like your distance from trees has enabled you to see a broader swath of the forest. While too many here lack the depth of intellect to understand your analysis, I marvel that you have enlightened countless students... and enabled them to connect the dots in the world of social sciences. Your transition to a vantage point from Paradise offers very compelling evidence of a karmic reward for your past efforts.

I doubt many on your side have the patience and/or ability to read the entire thing... besides, truth is a foreign language to those on "that" side and for which there is not even an exact translation in progressive speak.

Don't worry though, there are some universals, we smoke the good stuff, too.

I watch CNN and they always put an equal number of Pro and Anti Trump folks on each panel that they assemble for discussion. I am not sure what else CNN could do.
