Illegal Alien Had Sex With Male ‘Special Needs’ Student Inside High School Bathroom – United States Illegal Alien Crime Report

Targeting a special needs student. This is about as low as they go, I guess.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (WCCO) – The man accused of having sexual contact with a student in a Twin Cities high school is now on an immigration hold.

David Manito, 42, was due to be released from jail this afternoon after the Hennepin County Attorney decided not to charge him right now, but federal immigration officials requested he be held an additional 48-hours while they look into his status.

A Snapchat video taken by a student appears to show 42-year-old David Manito inside a bathroom stall at Champlin Park High School on Wednesday. He’s accused of meeting a 19-year-old male student at the school for sex after the two connected on a cell-phone app. Police say the teenager has special needs.

That piece-o-**** should be prosecuted and if found guilty, executed.

Well...from the article:

Because both people involved were adults, prosecutors say they have to determine if the 19-year-old had the mental capacity or capability to consent to the sexual encounters, or if any other crimes occurred.

"Special needs" does not automatically mean the inability to give consent.

In any case, the accused is an illegal alien and if he does not face criminal charges he can still (and should) be deported.

Are undocumented persons the only people committing sex crimes in schools or anywhere else?

How about a thread about sexual assault in general?

Undocumented? You must mean illegals.

"Undocumented" is somebody who forgot his prescription when he went to the pharmacy.

I mention it because if we had better security this loathsome scum wouldn't BE HERE......he'd be in whatever dysfunctional hellhole of a country he sneaked in from.

Well, if the pervert hadn't been here in the first place we wouldn't be asking the question.

No one is stopping you from starting such a thread. I suspect you wont comment on the topic of this thread because you would rather pretend it isn't happening.

I'll leave the local authorities most familiar with the case and its particulars to determine the most appropriate response and actions.

That rape must have been particularly awful since it came from an illegal immigrant. Most anyone you ask will tell you it's always best to be raped by a native born American. They know how to rape you right.

You miss the point.

Trump is right.

If we had better border and airport security the pervert illegal wouldn't have been here in the first place and that special needs student wouldn't have been harmed.

They're not involved any more.

ICE owns him and they're deporting him.

I'm particularly annoyed that the illegal immigrant stole the opportunity to rape from someone who was born here or who lawfully went through the immigration process.

Well, if the pervert hadn't been here in the first place we wouldn't be asking the question.

"Pervert" is an interesting choice of words; which may or may not apply to this case if the 19 year-old happens to be found competent enough to give informed consent.

Unless of course you are one of those who consider intimate relations between anyone of the same sex perverse...in which case you are entitled to your personal moral views.

But I notice you didn't quote my entire response. You forgot this part:

In any case, the accused is an illegal alien and if he does not face criminal charges he can still (and should) be deported.

I agree we have a problem with illegal aliens. I agree that enforcement of immigration law is something our government should strive to do. I agree he should not have been able to get into this country as easily as he has.

But that is beside the possible violations of criminal law which remain in question.

So let's see which it will be; criminal conviction, incarceration, and then deportation...or just deportation, shall we? :coffeepap:

Only that never happened........it's just your fantasy.

I know what didn't happen: you posting a rape committed by a native born American. Because that's the good kind of rape.

:usflag2:

OK. I guess I'll leave it to ICE then.

Illegal alien is, after all, illegal alien.

They're just going to deport him rather than try to punish him.

He'd get a free lawyer and cost the taxpayers a huge amount of money before going to prison and costing the taxpayers another huge amount of money.

Deporting him back to the hellhole from which he emerged is cheaper......and maybe worse punishment than prison anyway.

If extreme vetting is in place he may never be able to sneak back in.

I think you've made your non-point after posting it three times.

Have I? I'm not necessarily certain about that. You posted a story about an illegal immigrant committing a rape. I guess we were supposed to be outraged at the "illegal immigrant" component of that. So is being on the business end of rape worse if the person doing it is an illegal immigrant? What if the rapist is the same person but he went through the immigration system. Is that rape better?

I'm not sure I agree. I don't think deportation a sufficient punishment for anyone who commits a crime against a U.S. citizen.

This may very well be a case of an impaired U.S. citizen taken advantage of by an abuser. Yet you would prefer he not face justice?

How many examples do we have of deported criminals returning to the USA shortly after being deported?

Mexico certainly doesn't care if people, regardless of national origin or criminal history, cross our borders to get back into the USA. They've made that fairly clear.

They are also on record as not wanting to take any back.

Meanwhile we don't currently have a sneak-proof "wall," and illegal crossing is a profitable business for those south of the border who engage in it.

No. I prefer justice first, and deportation after.

Trump is never right. He's good at that.

The website in the link only reports on crimes committed by undocumented immigrants. It's clear they are singling out a particular section of society and highlighting all the bad things they may or may not do in an effort to turn people against them in an attempt to stir up anti-immigrant sentiment.
