Bernie Sanders and Planned Parenthood are the most popular things in America, Fox News finds

In a Fox News poll from this week, Bernie Sanders ranks #1. 61% favorable and a +29 point favorability rating.

Planned Parenthood comes in #2 spot with a +25 point favorability rating.

Trump, plagued with broken campain promises and self-inflicted wounds, still can't climb out of the negatives. Trump has a -9 point unfavorable rating.

To anyone who thought Clinton was the more pragmatic choice. Polling shows you were wrong. To any Trump supporters who live in a conservative bubble.. Bernie would've slaughtered Trump in the General Election. Trump wouldn't have stood a chance. I don't care how many anti-socialist ads the Koch bros would've ran, the simplest push back and it all falls apart.

Ironic that Planned Parenthood has such high favorables in the face of the Republicans trying to defund it at every turn. Interesting poll. Not surprising but, there are still some people on this board who doubt Bernie. Bernie's the truth.

For the record, I stated that I didn't accept the narrative of Clinton's pragmatic superiority before it was cool. I'm, like, the Wachowsky Brothers of political edginess.

haha :). Too bad the DNC took the blue pill. The one where they wake up in their bed and believe whatever they want to believe. Like picking Tom Perez and hiring Ken Salazar so they can lose to Trump again in 2020. 2020, is a long way off. And Trump could do any number of things in the interim that would sway public opinion either for or against him. but, right now, if they were to hold the election all over again, I think HRC would lose again.

You mean the Wachowsky sisters.

I warned the forum right wingers that the backlash to Trump could end up being a VERY left wing president being his successor.

Yeah...about that...

I really cant wait to watch the spectacle that will be the next rat primary. Already, fair amount of people have declared themselves 'Democratic Socialists'. So watch what happens when the standard old guard politicians start trying to claim a more populist hardline. Watch how well that flies. More importantly...for all the screeching and wailing and hate mongering...the fact remains that rats have lost seats across the country. Rat politics have failed their constituents. Thats not going to magically change.

And BTW...its been 2 whole months. Relax already about the 'next election'.

The only ironic thing is those who live in the Bernie bubble who somehow think Bernie could have even had a chance in the general election despite losing by 3.7 million votes in the primaries. Especially with what the election results showed.

Your partisan rant aside...the power always shifts. And with Trump's approval ratings in the gutter...the inevitable will happen, and you know it.

Bernie never made it to the general, so Bernie hasn't really been tested. Nobody survives a general unscathed. I highly doubt his approval rating would stay high after the negative campaign that would have been built on top of him.

Bernie is unelectable everywhere but Vermont. Read Kurt Eichenwald's writeup of the two foot thick opposition folder that wasn't even touched during the primary.

The Liberal agenda failed, miserably. That's why the Left has seen nothing but defeat since 2010. Doubling down on the Liberalism is going to be a losing strategy.

40 years of socialist brainwashing in the public schools appears to be paying off

The snowflakes dont know mucb but they do love bernie

It is easy to be popular when you want to give away everything free to everyone
and make someone else pay for it somehow.

of course he still hasn't figured out how to pay for all of it.
I don't see him making another run for president anyway.

I will be surprised if he does.

Tell that to Trump who is holding campaign rallies.

Kind of like promising to build a wall and have someone else pay for it and then asking the voters to pay for it.

Oh, there can be no doubt that lots of folks like a free lunch and will gobble it up, when presented them.

What i know is that there are a relatively small, very vocal bunch of childish ****heads that are causing most thinking liberals a lot of discomfort and are far from unifying the rat party. I also know that whether leftists want to admit it, most thinking liberals understand the need for real economic growth, middle income jobs, a real solution to the illegal immigration problem, and dealing with fundamentalist extremist terrorism. If Trump is able to follow through on those areas he will be reelected in 2020. ESPECIALLY if that relatively small, very vocal bunch of childish ****heads keep on keeping on.

Riiiiiiight...because NO previous presidents went on the road after their elections to connect with their base.

You're the one telling folks to chill it's two years till next election cycle, just pointing out your God Trump is the one having the issue. Keep up with your own rhetoric bub.

You made the comment about making promises using other people's money, I simply pointed out the similarities in that with trump. Sorry you don't like your Messiah trump mentioned.

Trump is doing what all presidents do. You really dont know that? And yes...its 2 whole months (well...not quite 2 whole months) into his presidency. Relax. Chill. FFS...are you going to be in election mode for the next 4 solid years? Really? Cuz...1-thats ****ing pathetic and 2-thats ****ing painful and 3-...just....**** dood...really?

Considering just how fractured the rat party is, you might want to give it a few minutes to heal.

Unsurprisingly, the only group that doesn't seem to like him are Democrats. Specifically, Clintonians.

The only ironic thing is those who live in the Bernie bubble who somehow think Bernie could have even had a chance in the general election despite losing by 3.7 million votes in the primaries. Especially with what the election results showed.

Bernie would've taken PA, MI, WI, OH, and FL from Trump. And Trump woulda went home sucking his thumb.

I found something interesting. Clinton lost PA, MI, WI to Trump by a combined 77,000 votes. But, 3rd party votes surged to 500,000+. If Clinton could've siphoned 15% of the 3rd party vote she would be your president right now. She couldn't do that because she's not a progressive. Because she had a nothing message. And because even after the election she's polling at a 35% favorability rating. Bernie would've siphoned far beyond 15% of the 3rd party vote and generated enough enthusiasm with young people and independents that we would've seen amazing numbers.

Bernie lost the primaries in part, because Independents were shut out. The Democratic establishment made sure independents were disenfranchised. And in open primaries Bernie won. So, yes, he would've beat Trump.

Yeah it's been a whole 2 months so why don't you tell Trump to chill with the rallies? Oh yeah because he is your messiah and cannot be questioned or criticized by you. Take your soapbox and move along, No one buys your bull****.
