The senator seems to have found a way to avoid a filibuster entirely in the effort to reform health care reform and pass a new, free-market law.

As Demokrats passed ObamAbortion using tricks, and against the will of the people, with MA voting in Scott Brown to replace Dead Kennedy to stop ObamAbortion... this would be a great solution to the multi-pronged POS Republicans are now fishing out of the crapper.
