The man who raped and strangled 16-year-old Brittany Binger left a wealth of DNA evidence at the scene. He attacked her on a long-ago winter night as she walked beside a country road called Pocahontas Trail. Authorities found his semen in the victim and slivers of his scratched-off skin under her fingernails...

Overwhelming evidence points to Oswaldo Martinez being the rapist and murderer of Brittany Binger. But he hasn't been tried yet because he's deaf and shows no signs of understanding the charges against him, supposedly. Personally I think Martinez is playing the American justice system for fools, and pretending not to understand what he's facing.

Martinez' attorney is trying to get his client released from jail, and he may or may not be deported. If he is, I'm sure he knows how to get back in to the US, since this supposedly deaf and dumb individual snuck into the country to begin with.

Thoughts?
