I have to hand it to GOP. This is one of the greatest piece of Legislation ever written.
Right of the bat it gives huge tax credit to CEO of Health Insurance Companies...So that is my tax dollars well spend.
It is good that our new secretary of health and human services has been in Bed with the insurance executives for years and he luckily many of his personal investments are in Insurance companies. So We are back to corporate and billionaires Welfare programs. That is a rainbow in the tulips field, if you ask me
the individual mandate is gone. So that means you Premiums will be shooting up lot more than what was in ACA.
Instead of Medicaid expansion, the plan block-grants traditional Medicaid. This likely results in less funding for states and less low-income Americans covered over time (millions each year).
This will have excellent side effect of thinning the herd of deplorable, Why do you need ISIS or Al Qaeda to Kill Americans while we have the GOP!
The plan takes away the fees for the mandates (the employer mandate to provide coverage and the individual mandate to get coverage), but not the mandates themselves. This provision is a win for people who were facing the mandate, so that means now you have 2400 to 3500 dollars to pay for 24000 to 10000 for things like overnight stay in hospital, broken ankles, surgeries, emergency hospital visit. So it is a win win...if you never ever plan to get sick or injured!
Many employers will drop the their insurance…So best of luck to us all
Also taxes on the industry is removed. So here come balloon deficit….Yeee Hawwww
If you lose our job and insurance and decide to get this one…Guess what you will pay 30% more. So better not get sick during these in between days or insurance company will deny or so raise your premiums by few thousand percent
Plan replaces income based tax credits and out of pocket cost assistance with Aged based assistance. If you are young, well that is good but if you are poor sick or Old… I suggest moving to Canada or dying, because, this plan ain’t gonna help you
Your taxes will go up…That is always a bright sunshine in my hats…
Cap limit gone
Hospital Stays…not covered,
Surgery …not covered
Women’s Health…not covered
So in sum…the plan cost over 550 Billion over 10 years
Double the number uninsured to 21 million (lot more than pre Obama care) That is what I call GOP progress!
So glad Republicans had 8 years to come up with a plan this good. It has been a true GOP accomplishment!
