VPOTUS w0nt back POTUS wire-tapping claims.

The VP isn't just "any other politician". He is supposed to be the President's "right hand man". In this instance, he fell way short of supporting "his boss".

Yes he did. I found his interview to be fascinating. First, I think he's very eloquent for a young guy. I don't care for a lot of his religious nonsense but I admire him for his skills and his brain. Second, the entire issue of Flynn and Turkey, you could tell was just killing him. He's disgusted by it and you know he's flabbergasted at Trump's lack of vetting of Flynn. And it was very clear that he had no intention of doubling down on Trump's idiotic Twitter accusations against Obama from last weekend. He's too smart for that. He knows that Trump has no proof, he knows that it's absolutely wrong to accuse anyone of a crime without proof - especially a former POTUS, and he's got more class and smarts in his left thumb than Trump does in his entire body. I fear this is going to be a very long 4 years for Pence. He, however, is pretty much the only hope the President has of not going down in history as one of the worst disasters to ever sit in the Oval Office.

What you think is not important to the vice president or me.

Insiders said that Pence really struggled with whether or not to accept Trumps VP offer, and it certainly isn't hard to see why. Trump has already burned Pence once with regards to Flynn and he likely isn't going to let Trump burn him again.

Simply put, Trump needs Pence's ability to bridge the enormous "gaps" that Trump has in regards to running a government.

Pence has a lots of smarts. Finding out that Trump knew for weeks that Flynn had lied to him, and not telling him that fact, had to sting. Say what you will about Pence's overenthusiasm for clamping down on gay rights, for being too religious...he's a good man, and a smart man. And he knows how to work really well with the Congress, which is a much needed trait in Trump's life right now.

I don't know why Pence accepted the offer, although at the same time, I do. I once accepted an offer to move into a different division to work with someone I really didn't like at all and really didn't respect much, but the job was much higher visibility for me and was the right move. in the end, I was actually promoted over this person who was once my boss. Pence probably has higher aspirations that running Trump apology tours forever.

I made the exact type of career move that you did with the exact opposite outcome. The decision has haunted me for years now......:(

2b) Canned him before he could mess up the NSA, good move, crappy pick. Great that he will kick em out before they do real damage..... meaning that if its a mistake he will rectify quickly...that dude was gone quicker than I could say shamalamadingdang

Trump didn't dump him until it became public that the guy lied. He knew about the lie for weeks or a month before hand and didnt nothing, letting the guy sit in on numerous important meetings and handle classified info at the top levels.

Agreed.... but sure as hell better then letting them sit through their WHOLE term, with a private server, with classified info at the top levels for a full term, and do nothing in the POST of Secretary of State and let 4 men die needlessly.....

yikes did say that out loud?

Good, we both agree that your first post was ill-informed and incorrect.

LOL Ok!......Thats the best you can do, I will say my first post was an opinion, be it wrong or right, its an opinion not doctrine..... With that I was pointing out from a different view, But all good, I see where you are coming.

I could tear apart claims in your second response also. Just seems a bit too easy though. :2wave:

Its a forum.... full of opinions, you wont hurt my feelings...... I enjoy a good debate, it makes me a better person to understand what another person with a different point of view sees.

Sadly....you are focused ONLY on your points/opinions and rather ignore another point of view.

I don't mind another point of view. My problem is with your alternative facts that contradict reality.
