Sessions lied under oath about meeting with Russians during the campaign. Now we find out he told a lie about his lie. At first when confronted he had to admit to meeting with Russians twice, and now we find out that was a lie. Apparently he had at least three meetings with them. Other not under oath trump people have lied about meetings with the Russians. So do you think that taking an oath will keep Trump people from lying about their meetings with Russians and what they discussed when they are questioned by the House and Senate committees looking into the Russian connection?

I'm sure you hope so.

You would be wrong. I want to know exactly what happened with the Russian hacking and even about the wire tapping situation. To get to the truth, we need to hear the truth. I think many people wonder like I do if we will hear the truth. Don't you wonder the same thing or are you sure that they will tell the truth once placed under oath?

there is no evidence that trump or anyone in his campaign staff or administration had anything to do with Russian hacking.
even the FBI and CIA have confirmed this.

in fact the RNC were attacked as well at the same time. they just didn't have an idiot click on the linked email.

If I was under oath, and someone asked me what I ate for lunch yesterday, I told them a hamburger, But I actually ate a Taco, but just forgot...... is that Perjury?

Sessions was questioned, as a "Trump surrogate", did he have meetings with Russians. He said no....... Ok so he lied that he met with the Russians sure, But as a trump surrogate? with the intending questions, implicating for political gain rather than as his job being part of the Armed Services committee? Well no he was saying not on behalf of political gain as a Trump surrogate???

With that, ok lets say he lied.... about meeting with the Russians, DID THEY IN FACT COMMIT A CRIME by meeting with the Russians, DID THEY IN FACT BREAK ANY LAWS by meeting with the Russians???

Even if he did lie under oath.....

Perjury is the intentional act of swearing a false oath or of falsifying an affirmation to tell the truth, whether spoken or in writing, concerning matters material to an official proceeding.[1][A] Contrary to popular misconception, no crime has occurred when a false statement is (intentionally or unintentionally) made while under oath or subject to penalty—instead, criminal culpability only attaches at the instant the declarant falsely asserts the truth of statements (made or to be made) which are material to the outcome of the proceeding.

For example, it is not perjury to lie about one's age except where age is a fact material to influencing the legal result, such as eligibility for old age retirement benefits or whether a person was of an age to have legal capacity.

so you can lie, but perjury would be intent with respect to the case at hand, The time Mr. Session was asked was not during a court proceeding in relation to the Russian Political scandal, But the AG confirmation hearing.... Is that a court proceeding?

Yeah.... so unless they committed an actual crime with the Russians, Im sure many politicians have contact with many foreign envoys. .....

Will Trump's people lie to House and Senate investigators abou Russia?

The only possible lie the investigators could obtain from the Trump group would be
if they asked 'Did you laugh uncontrollably when you first heard the hard left was
actually bringing this up?" and this group to be gentlemanly answered no!

You are not keeping up with current events. Clapper, the Head of Intelligence under Obama has stated a half dozen times over the last few days that there is "No evidence of collusion or wrong doing concerning the Trump campaign and Russia". This issue is over especially considering what is coming out from the latest Wikileaks.

Still waiting on the whole russia hacked the election proof, so far the proof presented has been more accusations, too bad america is innocent until proven guilty so bad for yall trump is not guilty until proven innocent
