Do you take Trump's word on Obama ordering bugging of Trump tower?

I might be more open minded to his claims if he didn't make falsehoods 70% of the time.
 
Actually many parts of the dossier have been found to be true, inclusing Trump's people meeting with the Russian's. The parts where no eveidence has yet been fpund are the ones about Trump's having weird sex with Russian whore's.

No. Even if he wasn't a pathological liar I wouldn't take him at his word and would want some hard evidence.

And if the POTUS of the US has such a serious credibility problem for whatever reason, WE have a problem. If there is some real national crisis, and he comes out and says something like he is going to nuke N. Korea or something, we won't know if he is misinformed, or lying, or just that he should be "taken seriously but not literally", or whatever. Neither will any other world leaders. The fact is that his words no longer mean anything. It all just becomes a bunch of mental flatulence and noise which everyone will ignore.

"I think you're 72" isn't an analogy to what Trump is doing. The better analogy would be you have no information indicating he is 72 but you tell the public that he is 72 with the intent that the public believes it.

Whichever one it is, it's bad if he doesn't actually have proof. That he might believe it to be true is irrelevant if he has no actual proof. Belief without proof is appropriate for houses of worship, not serious public accusations against the former president.

Whether it's lying or bull*****ing, it's reprehensible. He should have proof ready to order if he's going to make a charge like that. Instead, I bet what ends up happening is he claims that when we wiretapped Russian intelligence/etc, and his people were picked up talking to the Russians through the wiretap on the Russians, that that constitutes spying on his people, which in turn he called "Obama wiretapped me" because he hates words. I suppose we'll see.

I would have expected to see his proof by now. It's been nearly a week.

No, just as I dont take anyones word on Russia's alleged hacking. I DO however take this mans word on the hacking and I believe all of it should be investigated to the fullest.

Who would trust a politician?

No, while it may not be inconceivable for government to be practicing these backdoor shenanigans, there needs to be evidence presented.

McAFee is a cyber genius. He int some anonymous 'expert'.

I assume they are because many things mentioned in the dossier are now proving to be true...which they wouldn't know unless they were investigating. It will be interesting to see what the former MI6 investigator has to say about his dossier...if he doesn't get assassinated, first. You know how Putin is.

What are you talking about. Nothing in the "dossier" has been proven to be true. Thanks for admitting you made up the part about, "the FBI has been actively investigating every allegation in the dossier". Not that I ever doubted you.

The FBI was actively investigating the dossier as per request by congress back in October...and mentioned in the article that I quoted. That you're too partisan to read and comprehend what has been posted and lie about it...is not my problem, it's yours. :shrug:

Absolutely, I do believe that the Obama DOJ sought and obtained a FISA warrant and wiretapped at a minimum Trumps associates, General Flynn, Trump tower and even Trump

Remember his leaked calls with Foreign leaders.
Obama publicly anounced a investigation into Russian interference prior to the election, and we know there are transcripts so a FISA warrant had to be approved.

I think that FISA warrant put strict limits on what Obama' DOJ could do and I think they exceeded those limits in a desperate attempt to find dirt on Trump.

Since no evidence of collusion was found, they made sure transcripts and names were illegally leaked to press outlets like WaPo.

I think you are mistaken. I think if you bother to actually listen to him you will understand JUST how badly mistaken you are. Mind you...you would have to be willing to set aside your convictions and beliefs that have been handed to you, not read from a script, and actually think for yourself.

No. If you notice, none of his staff is backing up Trump's claims either. They're simply stating, "this is what the president believes". And when asked if they've seen the proof, their response: "The president has access to information we do not".
