It's just the usual package of smoke screens and lies from Trump defenders.
Trump never presented any evidence that Obama wiretapped him
unlawfully*. So now they want to claim that actually, when Trump **** his pants on twitter, he was
actually complaining that a FISA court may have authorized legal wiretaps that ended up implicating people around Trump.
Even ****ing National Review says he shouldn't have made those specific tweets:
Trump?s ?Wiretapping? Tweets Were a Mistake | National Review.
The number of people who keep pulling that kind of dishonest defense ought to dwindle over time. If it doesn't, I think the last scraps of my hope in humanity will land in the wastebasket.
* Reference to McCarthyism, reference to Nixon/Watergate (illegality), statement "turned down by court earlier." I'm sure some useless dingbat will make sure to claim "well, he didn't use the words unlawfully", so it doesn't mean that! But of course, that is the undeniable import of his words. And if he was complaining about legal wiretaps, he'd be attacking the court that approved them, not Obama.
____________
Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

Is it legal for a sitting President to be "wire tapping" a race for president prior to an election? Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!

I'd bet a good lawyer could make a great case out of the fact that President Obama was tapping my phones in October, just prior to Election!

How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!
