The link doesn't tell me much. However, looking at the anti Trump crowds' overall behavior, I am tempted to think that the anti .........rallies are orchestrated and payed for. Payed for? That's new? No, the suggestion has been made several times already.
What just occurred to me is yet another motive for the same, and here is why I think it is possible. Of course I might come across as a complete conspiracy nut, and so be it.
Eventually, people will get tired of the mob and mayhem, the violence, the blocking of streets and the trashing and destruction of neighborhoods, and call for more protection, by either national guard or increased police action...and that is part of the reason, just to prove that the Trump administration is a fascist one.
Yeah, nice.
Paying attention to these lunatics is what they want. They want peaceful and respectful people to get upset, angry, reactive.
Too bad that most of us don't have the time, or the funds, to attend peaceful counter protests.
Of course someone can always contact me with an hourly wage in mind. I got time to stand somewhere, peacefully, holding up a sign saying "freedom of speech goes both ways"

Yes some people did get injured in what were intended to be peaceful rallies to show support for the President. And every person injured was because of hateful, intolerant, vicious, and destructive people who would see every one of us injured, if not killed, and would see this country literally torn apart rather than see President Trump succeed where their champions failed.

It makes me sick at heart and I have to control my own feelings as it is all too tempting to hate the haters.

I protest often, and peacefully, and I dont get paid, have a full time job, and served my country in uniform for 20 years. I will continue to protest peacefully, and on my on dime, as do most folks. Have a great day!!
 
violence at berkeley

I know it kind of ruins the narrative, but it seems like violence erupted in pockets, and was initiated by both sides. Also, apparently those local anarchist groups showed up again an hour into the protest.

I expect some fights during these types of encounters. People are very emotionally charged on either side. I just wish everyone could agree to crack down on the anarchist groups that keep showing up. They are scum.

I read about it. Both sides came ready to go with batons, pepper spray etc. Most of the rallies / anti-rallies in other cities were peaceful.

Trump calls his minions to come out and demonstrate... 10s of people show up in most cities... disaster. How to deflect.. hmm lets send some protesters into the most left wing area of the US and see what happens.. year great idea!.. Whats next, sending KKK protesters into Compton and blaming the black community for the guaranteed violence?

If that's the case, would you mind showing pictures of old Liberals being assaulted with pepper spray, Liberals "Free Speech" signs being burned, and a Trump supporter being run down by a bunch of cops?

The antifa or anti fascists are funded by a soros charity, there are articles all over the web showing soros has some involvement, and antifa also raises their own money.

Put antifa in google and look up what the group stands for, they are a domestic terrorist organization that believes violence is necesarry to deny all opposing viewpoints.

Can you prove most protesters get paid, as you call me the exception. I have attended 4 protest since Nov, interact with many groups, we all laugh at the notion Soros is paying us, I do it cause I served 20 years, many of those during the Cold War. I will be damned if I will stay quiet while Trump brings shame on the office he occupies, and plays footsie with Vlad, a leader who does not respect his neighbors borders.

Other than antifa, most protestors do not get paid, and if they do it is usually only a tiny handful of them, usually the ones that cause violence or pull stunts to make a rally look bad.

amazed that a tRump support rally in berkeley was as welcome as a KKK rally in south side chicago

Like I said, four protest I have attended, no anarchy, in fact ALL the protest in Boston have been peacefull. Gearing up for a big one in two weeks, I have booked my time off work to volunteer before and durring. I was never one to protest solely thru the computer keyboard, sometimes its more effective if you get off your back side.

I would say just stick to the peacefull ones. In just about every recent protest that was violent, antifa was there, just look for the guys with face masks and carrying blunt objects. The good thing is they announce it ahead of time, the recent attacks were announced they were going to happen on march 4 a week prior.
 
I wonder if these violent, out of control Berkeley protests have to do with the Left feeling so vulnerable right now that they're overly anxious to protect their flagship city... :?:
