Rachel Maddow's secret to her ratings success.

Every person who ever existed has lied or exaggerated something they did. By now O'reilly has had more time on TV than even Cronkite ever did. The fact that Maddow has to go back decades to find things he has said that could be construed as lies makes him about the most honest man in the news media.

If Oreilly did a reverse segment on her, she would probably end up off the air. He has about 10 time the audience she does and she has a 1000 times the questionable statements. Statements that are days old not decades.

Maddow accusing someone else of Lying BS is like: Bill Clinton accusing accusing someone else a sex offender, Trump calling someone else arrogant, Obama calling someone else a liar, Hillary calling someone else evil.

Like said if O'reilly did a reverse piece on her she would end up committing suicide.

I guess you were living under a rock the few last few years when wikileaks released documents proving there was no intelligence showing it was a protest inspired by a video and members of the CIA said the same. The video BS was made up by Sid Bloomthaul. Trump didn't quote any actual statistics. He simply repeated something he had heard. Something incorrect.

The lengths to which you will go to carry water for this man are laughably absurd.

Your explanation might make sense if this were an isolated incident, but it's not, it's a pattern of lying and exaggeration over and over again. Trump knows EXACTLY what he is doing when he tries to instill fear, hatred and deflect from his own failings. If he stated the truth, he would not get the effect he wants.

Like most highly successful alpha males Trump is a flamboyant braggart and he occasionally gets things wrong. But there are no deliberate lies like “You can keep your doctor” or “Benghazi was caused by a video”.

Trump is not a slimy career politician or greasy lawyer; He talks like a normal person. When a normal person’s speech is constantly being parsed it’s easy for a scumbag propagandist to find dishonest ways to call him a lair.
