Can you say SPECIAL PROSECUTOR? Its coming!!!

I personally don't care. he passed the required FEC financial audit.
that is all that matters.

But did you see his Birth Certificate or that not requirement for him?

A lot of smoke to impress the usual anti trumpster and give them hope but no substance

Yes it will be a thorn in the president's side but it wont put hillary in the white house

Crocked Cheeto :lamo

Actually Sessions told Senator Franken he had NO contact with the Russians. Period.

Why would a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee meet twice with the Russian ambassador including at a political convention after it had come out that the Russians were trying to influence the election?

Joe Scarborough just said on TV this morning that he was for 8 years on the House Armed Services committee and NEVER met with ambassadors as that was the province of the Foreign Relations committee. Senator Claire McCaskill said much the same thing.

Sessions so called explanation simply does not pass the smell test.

Do you not understand what surrogate means? What this is >IS another witch hunt.

Keep it up, America is watching.

Sorry, IMO this is a tempest in a teapot.

You can characterize any way you want to do so but in a very short time the Attorney General of the United States will recuse himself from all matters related to any investigation of the Russian interference in our election on behalf of Donald Trumps candidacy. That is a major big time huge development.

Those who did not live through Watergate are at a serious disadvantage here since they cannot remember how the entire episode was a lengthy series of connecting one dot after another and each dot moving closer and closer to the top dog until eventually they defanged and neutered him.

This has all the same feeling and dynamic.

Then why didn't he just say that? Instead he said this:

Sessions Met With Russian Ambassador but Didn't Mislead Senate: Spokeswoman

If it truly is the case that he was just referring to his role as a Senator (which may very well be the case), then he should have cleared that up in front of the Senate, so something like this wouldn't have happened.

I agree. Maybe he should also be asked questions that don't deal with [at the time] a suspect/uncorroborated article from CNN.

irrelevant to the topic.

Its revelant in the minds of liberals who are seeking revenge for affronts to their Dear Leader

"I Did Not Have Communications With The Russians"

... that lying SOB

Sessions met with Russian envoy twice last year, encounters he later did not disclose

One could take that position and certainly would, if one were agitating against Trump. And there is no question that this fellow should have thought of his contacts and mentioned them even, if they had nothing to do with the Trump campaign.

The only ones deaf seem to be right winger apologists for Trump watching Fox & Friends since these stories are being heard loud and clear this morning........

What MAJORITY of people are you referring to?

:lamo

When does one know a alt-lefter has no argument? When they include "Fox & Friends" in their responses.

What majority? Oh, I think an indicator would be the 76% of the people who approved of President Trumps speech before Congress.

What's interesting is the radical effort being orchestrated by EX President Obama and the globalist forces who control him.

These dog whistles the minions are trained to respond to are only resonating to the afflicted.

Unfortunately, the whistle blowers are already looked upon by the general population as corrupt and biased. If the effort is to manipulate public opinion, it's a poor strategy to destroy credibility first, and then expect to be taken seriously second.

Official meetings in his capital office are not "communications" between the trump campaign and the russians

irrelevant to the topic.

That 8 year Birth Certificate Lie by Don Cheeto was always Relevant to Racist ... all you have to do is ask those Instigators in Hawaii ;)

Keep it up, America is watching.

Unless America is watching Fox & Friends this morning. Then they are not getting this important information.

It speaks to the bias of the right.

.

First - a decided MINORITY of people - 48 million - which is even less than voted for Trump - watched that speech. So your supposed MAJORITY is a majority of a small minority to begin with.

That is NOT any sort of vote of approval for Trump, his policies or any endorsement of the Trump administration. Its people saying he did a decent job in one speech because of his lowered and more reasoned tone. And today all that is gone with the wind.

But that was not your contention

Despite the laughable antics of the discredited NYT, WaPo, and apparently anxious to join the list, WSJ, the majority of people are looking forward, while the dwindling number living in the Progressive bubble can only respond to commands in hopes their rudderless lives can once again be controlled by the central office.

You said that the MAJORITY OF PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FORWARD - whatever that vague insight is suppose to mean. When challenged you attempt to move the goal posts talking about a poll of a speech which does NOT say what you claimed in the first place.

I did live through Watergate, and this is NOT the "same dynamic."

Back then WaPo was investigating a true crime, with clear evidence starting with the arrest of a bunch of bumbling idiots for breaking into the DNC Headquarters at the Watergate building in D.C.

Here it is just innuendo and/or sensationalized distortion of the facts to meet a political agenda.

The losers are seeking any thread to tie into their belief that they could only have lost the election by cheating or some foreign plot.

Never mind that their own candidate was a horror-show political hack with more skeletons in her own closet than Trump had.

What they are doing is actually creating a self-fulfilling prophecy. They want to believe Trump is a stooge for the Russians. They expect he is their Siberian Candidate.

But they are creating the very atmosphere that gives Russia power to influence our government in the ways they believe it can. Now with this supposed "lie" of the Attorney-General they give the Russian's the power to say "Yes, he talked to us about his campaign" as a direct blackmail tool if they want to try to influence the Trump Presidency.

What neither the Dems nor the Russian's seem to realize is that Mr. Trump doesn't play that game. This is clear from everything he has done up to now. He'll just tell them to do their worst and to hell with the consequences...he's going to run things his way.

IMO the creation of this scenario will be all the fault of special interests and organizations like these yellow-journalist press. :coffeepap:

These lunatic fringe leftists have posted more "Trump is Hitler" posts in 7 weeks of the Trump Presidency than all Conservatives combined posted about Obama in 8 years.
Overall, most Democrats approve of Trump and that number is growing daily. Reasonable, rational people see that he is on the right track and a recent well regarded national research poll proved it.

Sometimes you really have to wonder the true motivation of all these "Destroy Trump" threads.
What has Trump REALLY done (other than stand for the nation's best interests)?

By all factual standards, Trump has been one of Americas best Presidents two months in if national interests are of any concern that is.

Why should those calling Trump evil be assumed innocent and pure? Perhaps they are not. And that is what needs to be remembered.

Naturally, because both the Trump Cult and the Trump administration itself are constitutionally incapable of accepting responsibility for their actions or assuming any semblance of personal accountability. It's ALWAYS someone else's fault.

But did you see his Birth Certificate or that not requirement for him?

That's only required for black dudes.

How did I do? Did I live up to your expectations? Gawd I hope so.

LOL

Speaks to bias of the right? No, it speaks of the intellectual vacancy of the alt-lefters who use it.

The highest rated program on Fox is the O'Reilly Factor, which has an average audience of @ 3 million+. That is 1/5th the audience of the left's Network news broadcasts.

That is, I don't know, 1/20th the audience of the overall number of people who consume the output of the left's MSM partners.

Considering the 10's of millions who voted for President Trump, and the 30 million or so who approved of his speech before Congress, it's rather clear to anyone with even a tiny sliver of intellectual capacity that Fox & Friends is not something they ever watch.

But keep clinging to the talking points they feed you. It does confirm any things.

Just call it the way it is ...

BTW, did admitting on TV to grabbing Women bother you at all ... or was that alwyite with you? :2razz:

I am not ready to say a special prosecutor is needed, but I certainly believe that a special investigator is more than justified. His campaign actions and subsequent answers in his confirmation hearing certainly represent very "questionable" judgements from our chief law enforcement officer. In addition, a 911 type commission is likely the only way to put all of this Russian election interference to rest.

Is this a gut-feeling common-sense thing?
Or is there reliable data which led you to this conclusion?

A major, well respected poll was published a few days ago that found this.
I posted the link in another thread but will have to find it again to re-post it.
