Of course it is. You say that as if it's somehow unusual. He's ridin' the wave. He's had damned few waves to ride. One can hardly blame him. ;)
 
There are always negatives associated with every decision that comes out of a White House. I am not sure this WH vets anything very carefully. That said, lets wait a day or two and see how their decisions works out.
