The race for DNC Chairman was, of course, totally "rigged." Bernie's guy, like Bernie himself, never had a chance. Clinton demanded Perez!

I know that the legions of "Trumpeters" get their jollies from this kind of "junk", but somewhere there has to be a Trump support group that sincerely wishes that he would stop this campaign nonsense and focus on the things that really matter. Or at least I sincerely hope that there is.

For the rest of us that didn't support him, the irony of this POTUS referencing a "rigged election" - in spite of an ongoing investigation into Russian involvement in his own election - is simply mind boggling to say the least.

Your post I quoted was posted at 10:03 AM. :lamo The post I just made is #2 out of the total of 12, AT THE CURRENT MOMENT.

Trump never wanted to be president. He just wanted the glow of campaigning. That's all he wants today. He cannot act presidential because he cannot be presidential. He isn't capable. As such we have a inattentive, inept person in the White House who is still campaigning. Meanwhile Rome burns.

Melania and especially trump will feel at home tonight hosting a ritzy governors' dinner.

Let's see how comfortable 27 GOP governors up for reelection, 14 term-limited, are to throw 20+ million Americans off ACA tomorrow.

The Bannon double-speak this week, especially after the SOTU, will be brutal.

Liberal commentators are to be silent while the con speaks.

When the lib speaks, and this happens on CNN and all the outlets, the con may step on his conversation at will .

I get the feeing you don't like the VP.

Remember when he got run out of DC when he lost a vote for leadership when he was a House member?

My post is before yours because of that 9-hour thingy that is taking care of itself, kind of like the langoliers .

Maybe, but I wouldn't waste any time waiting for Trump supporters to come around. You'll have a little better luck with Independents, but energizing Democratic voters should be everybody's main emphasis.

I would like him to suspend his Twitter activity for one month and use that month to totally focus on his task at hand.

trump's twitter MAKES, CONTROLS, and DEFLECTS the news.

In another deflection tonight, trump is having his governor's gala the same night as the Oscar's he's trashed in the past .

That is very true as it is also for the liberals and media. The country is increasingly looking as though it were populated by cretins.

It's rather rare on DP that we have a string people posting their agreement on a political thread without dissent chiming in.

Carry on.

I see it as a valid point. The HRC camp is organizing to steal the next DNC candidate. I didn't like it the first time and I don't like or approve of it now. Bernie represents the voice of the will of the people and his voice is being manipulated out of the picture because he is still a threat to the manipulators behind the DNC.

I had said that very thing from the beginning. He wanted to create a "movement" that would have no oversight and that could be used to satisfy his insatiable ego and monetary thirst.
He is very much like the dog that caught the "proverbial" car. He caught it and has no idea what to do with it.

With all due respect, isn't there more important issues for POTUS to be concerning himself with? That said, Bernie doesn't voice "The will of the people" nor more than Trump does. Each represents a segment of a deeply divided country.

When politicians use "The people", it is used in an editorial context and meant to be taken as an inclusive one. Which is simply incorrect.

I thought the same thing. Maybe its true. But I don't see Rome burning. I see a lot of people running around saying that Rome is burning but I don't see any fire.
