I didn’t think I’d ever leave the CIA. But because of Trump, I quit.

You know, this was posted about repeatedly all through the elections. I'll assume you missed it. I'll also assume you missed the entire debate after Megyn Kelly challenged him in the first primary debate with this very subject. I'll also assume you missed all of the discussion through the last 2 years about how Donald Trump supported partial birth abortion, single payer, Democratic candidates, Hillary Clinton for President, and as recently as 2012, the Democratic push for gun control. If you want me to research all of this for you, you need to admit you missed all of this and have no idea that all of these facts existed.

I'd be a little careful about accusing me of lying, when especially this can be proved. You're the same person who didn't even read the OP which clearly stated that the man at the center of this discussion worked at the CIA for 11 years, and worked under Bush and Obama. You said he's only been there 3 years and had to be corrected by a few people. I'm not sure you pay attention to these discussions anyway.

I quickly and immediately admitted I misspoke about the 11 years. I was corrected by you and one other later who hadn't seen that. So let's be honest about that too please.

And I in no way accused you of lying. Please read what I posted very carefully because You misspeak when you suggest that too.

I posted you two links showing that you clearly misspoke about the President being a lifelong Democrat until he ran for President. And just like you misspoke when you said Obama never said he had been to 57 states, my point was is that kind of remembering things wrong happens. I do it. You do it. President Trump does it. Pretty much all of us do it.

My question to you was whether you were lying when you misspoke? Or did you believe you were stating a fact?

And my point was, if you know you were not lying but were mistakingly stating something you believed to be fact--something we all do at times--isn't it logical that the President does not intend to lie but sometimes remembers something wrong too? And he doesn't deserve to be called liar either?

And my point was you seem to have a bit of difficulty navigating the board sometimes, and don't fully comprehend what you're reading, so you missed all of the discussions last year about Trump's history of hilding Democratic ideals and supporting the Democrats and saying he felt he was more aligned with and self-identified with the Dems than the Republicans.

I think if you really want to know, you can search a ton of threads and get the answers you seek. I'm sorry, but I don't want to spend time on DP searching for you.

By the way, I acknowledged when I was wrong about what Obama said. That mistake didn't come from me not paying attention to what's contained in threads and posts. It came from not storing such inconsequential information in my brain for the last 8 years.

Yes, President Trump never lies. He's a pillar of truth. Okay, is that good?

I wasn't referring to all the discussion last year. I was calling you out, in a friendly manner, for making a simple misstatement yesterday. All the discussion last year had absolutely nothing to do with it. It was using your simple misstatement as an illustration for a point I was making. A point that shall probably remain missed, yet again.

I have a feeling this Drama Queen has many more issues than just Trump. Like a craving for attention for starters.

We do need to remember, that Obama was schooled in Muslim schools in his youth, and there are 57 Muslim states.

Sometimes the swamp drains itself.

:) I don't believe Obama was ever schooled in a Muslim school though. Even in Indonesia, he was attending a Catholic school if memory serves me correctly.

The guy was Clinton hack, donated $5000 to Clinton. Good riddance!

anybody know how much devos contributed to members of a particular party

Greetings, AlbqOwl. :2wave:

I thought that agencies such as the CIA and FBI were not supposed to be political - they leave their ideologies at the door when the arrive at work, so to speak! Apparently I was mistaken, if the article is true...
That's why Trump appointed someone with a formal education in politics to review the intel agencies.

victus qui se victus

I made a misstatement about Obama not saying 57 states. I acknowledged it immediately after I was shown it was wrong. The comments about Trump weren't a misstatement.

The guy is an ideologue and a liar.

Maybe the focus should be on those who haven't resigned?

Liar?

You and I both know you cannot prove that, which puts you in the 'seriously doubted" column. But I have to say, after eight years of Obama's idiots and just four weeks of Trump I'm wondering if honesty is even in the American people. It's clear they don't care about that particular trait; they just elected the greatest liar in history.

Edward Price worked at the CIA from 2006 until this month, most recently as the spokesman for the National Security Council.'[/B]

'Nearly 15 years ago, I informed my skeptical father that I was pursuing a job with the Central Intelligence Agency. Among his many concerns was that others would never believe I had resigned from the agency when I sought my next job. “Once CIA, always CIA,” he said. But that didn’t give me pause. This wouldn’t be just my first real job, I thought then; it would be my career.

That changed when I formally resigned last week. Despite working proudly for Republican and Democratic presidents, I reluctantly concluded that I cannot in good faith serve this administration as an intelligence professional.............................................................

...

Thoughts?

Here's my thoughts, Washington Free Beacon called out the Washington Post for not including in their story that Price was a huge Hillary Clinton supporter and gave 5,000 to her campaign.

Also I noticed in your quoted excerpt I didn't see anything about Ned Price was Ben Rhodes' assistant, played key role in creating Iran deal 'echo chamber'.
But Washington Free Beacon sure as Hell reports on it.

Clinton Donor Quits CIA Because of Trump, Says Not About Politics

Your naive et ta is staggering!

I guess you can be forgiven for your ignorance, because people who have actually worked inside, or as contractors for the CIA are actually rather rare.

YES, the CIA is largely staffed by people of a Far-Left political orientation, and has been so since the end of the Vietnam War.

I happen to know from personal experience, I spent 12 years in electronics R&D, designing and building electronic gear for them!

What is your definition of "Far Left?"
