You can hardly turn on the television, radio or internet with out hearing the term "Fake News". This is the new "catch phrase" of sorts. In fact, the White House or POTUS himself constantly uses the term. Yet when asked to provide examples, they cannot answer. Here are a few examples of what they called "fake News".
1. Reports of Flynn's job being in jeopardy were called "fake news". Yet, he resigned a few hours later.
2. The existence of an opposition research paper by a former MI-6 agent was called "Fake news". Yet we now know such a dossier does indeed exist.
3. Reports of the Russians interfering in our elections were called "Fake news", yet we now know they did and the extent to which they did is yet to be determined.
Now, here are a few examples of statements that the White House put out as fact that are indeed "fake news": Also known as "lies"
1. He had the greatest Electoral College victory since Reagan. Wrong. Several post Reagan elections had larger margins of victory.
2. Extreme vetting could have prevented the "Bowling Green Massacre". Wrong. No such event ever occurred.
3. The 9th Circuit is the most over-turned circuit in the country. Wrong. It is the third most over-turned circuit in the country.
4. The presidents inauguration crowd was the biggest ever. Wrong. Obama's 2008 inauguration was almost twice as large.
5. 3-5 million votes were cast "illegally". Wrong. No such evidence has surfaced to date. Interestingly enough, that is roughly the amount of popular votes that he lost by.
If the news is favorable to POTUS - despite its lack of authenticity - it's a legitimist story. If it shows him in any type of unfavorable light, it is simply "Fake news".
To agree with such a distorted mentality - regardless of whether your candidate won or not - is the "REAL" threat to America.
