By what twisted logic did gun ownership is the US become a left/right issue? I am - by Swedish or British standards - way to the right in both my two countries. I am strongly against unrestricted access to guns in either of them.

Nobody cares what a foreigner's opinion on gun laws in the US are. Try to familiarize yourself with the politics in the US before making such silly comments in the future.

What ever floats your boat. I do understand why you latch on to every smuck who says what you want. There are so few left who will and aren't on Trumps payroll.

You have a point there. Many succumb to mass hysteria and relatively few have the mental strength to stand against it. Perhaps it's easier for me to remain rational because I'm a long way away. Things will change as the merits of President Trump's polices become ever more apparent.
 
I never liked Obama's politics, but I gave him credit where I thought credit was due.

I niver liked most of Piers Morgan's views either, and he often came off as a pompous asshole.

If I can give Obama the occasional nod, Piers deserves the same.

The mindset of people who hate everything anyone has to say just because of their party affiliation is beyond me, and always will be.

The American right, myself included, were attacking Morgan 24/7 when he went off on his obnoxious and idiotic gun rants. Now he's a hero.

I'd say the American right has lost its collective minds, but that would be an untrue statement. The American right who strayed from reason and logic to support this ill mannered, unqualified, crass boor that's in the White House lost their collective minds. Luckily a lot of us on the right can think clearly, and we oppose Trump.

I've been listening to and watching Piers Morgan for far too long to believe that. And almost ALL MSM media outlets are villifying Trump.
