Amid the controversy surrounding White House National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s alleged conversations with Russia, it may be instrumental to recall that representatives for Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign were accused of meeting with Hamas and Iran.
Depending on what took place, the alleged contacts with Iran may have violated the Logan Act, which bars citizens from negotiating with foreign governments in dispute with the United States. It may be questionable whether Hamas, which rules the Gaza Strip, legally qualifies as a foreign government.

In 2008, Robert Malley stepped down as an informal foreign policy adviser to Obama’s campaign when it was revealed that he met with Hamas members.

Then later in B.O.'s presidency, Obama gave Iran (terrorist state) half a billion dollars, and the green light to build nuclear weapons.

Has Hamas given Obama an honorary suicide vest yet?

Lets remember that Trump is a true outsider. He is beholden to neither party. Wants to upset the status quo that these pigs eat from. Doubt he can survive. But hope I am wrong.

Accusing the president of being a secret terrorist/enemy definitely falls under treason.

Has anyone actually read this crap? Nothing like what Flynn did. The guy never discussed politics. It was for his private job. Good lord the right is losing their minds.

Because it looked bad and he didn't want to cause problems. But regardless of that it wasn't the same thing at all. He didn't discuss political promises and never lied about his deeds. It's a world of difference. We've known for months that Flynn spoke with Russia. He wasn't asked to resign until it became public that he discussed sanctions.

Well, since January 12. Seems like longer than that lol. Change it to for over a month" lol. Regardless though, the question was immediately "did he discuss sanctions?" Because him merely speaking with the ambassador isn't the same as him undermining the US Government. Huge difference.

It's been very clearly stressed that he broke no laws. The reason he got in hot water and was asked to resign was because he lied to the VP. Thanks for the link.

I wouldn't say that's clear. But reglardless, his discussions undermined the United states government. He was discussing policy apparently without the knowledge of the president or president elect. Even if he hadn't lied it would have been a big deal. And the other big news is that trump didn't care that Flynn lied until it became public. Honesty means nothing to that disgusting POS

If it wasn't a big deal for Flynn to be discussing sanctions with Russia then the trump administration wouldn't have made such a big deal out of denying the claim.
