I'm a bit surprised, since I understand there is some history of other campaign personal in prior campaigns having talked to various world leaders about possibilities if their candidate was elected.

I am not disappointed though, since it is the honorable thing to do if it alleviates besmirching his President with the controversy...valid or invalid.

Michael Flynn has a well-known reputation as an outspoken Hot Head. Team Trump has to assess the latest fallout from the latest Flynn controversy. I predict Trump consults the inner sanctum and sooner than later deems Flynn a liability and dismisses him.

So it seems to me the Inner Sanctum right now consists of Steve Bannon, Jared Kushner, Mike Pence, Reince Priebus, Stephen Miller, Kellyanne Conway and the three oldest Trump children. I can only imagine the behind-the-scenes mortifying concern among the Government Power Elite regarding Trump's swag and braggadocio. Fortunately if DJT has unknowingly exceeded his capability to govern in the public sector with any sustained competence, we have checks, balances and a government capable of doing something about it.

Meanwhile, let us acknowledge the daily spectacular entertainment provided by Team Trump!

Several hours before Flynn's resignation, many of us had predicted his dismissal. So, instead of Trump dismissing him, Flynn resigned. I approve! Good luck Flynn. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out!

Not only did he Lie, Apparently the President Knew/was briefed WEEKS AGO/"Last Month" (via Sally Gates) Flynn LIED/had indeed talked Sanctions, and indeed MAINLY talked sanctions with the Russian Ambassador...
and Comrade Trumpov did NOTHING. Nor tell the VP?

IMO, it's entirely possible Trump and/or His Campaign knew Months ago and that Flynn was acting at their Behest.

The real question is did he fall on his sword for others or is just he guilty? I think we can tell by what kind of job he gets after he leaves government.

He broke no laws will not be charged just like u people say Clinton broke no laws was not charged
