How will the military handle broken court system?

The idea that the Military is going to do a coup against rogue Progressives is silly.

But the concept that in the end, all political power comes from the muzzle of a gun is NOT silly, it is a sad, Machiavellian truth.

The observation that the 9th Circuit Court is not ruling based on facts, or precedents, or the Constitution, is also accurate.

The 9th Circuit is now reviewing their decision, because they've figured out that they blew it!

The Trump Temporary Travel Restrictions is not significantly different than the Obama, Bush, Clinton or Carter EO on the same subject.

Furthermore, they comments made in the creation of the suspension were of a "personal dislike of the subject" manner, and not made with LEGAL distinctions, references, precedents, and justifications.

The Trump Temporary Travel Restrictions, but have been spun by the MSM and Lefties on this forum as a "Muslim Ban".

Yet they are based on Region, not Religion, do not cover ALL Muslim by any means, and is not a Ban, but a Temporary Travel Restriction with minimal delays and reasonable exceptions possible!

If we become a nation of opinions and idealisms, rather than a Nation of LAWS, then in the end, it will come down to a conflict of Men-with-Guns who will settle it.

I'd rather we stayed a Nation of LAWS and the Rule-of-Law.

All this change to harm has come from changing the founders laws and intent by the more unwise that the founders did not let vote. So bottem line is America will have a wisdom test for voters to go along with the founders intent. China is following our founders and catching up in power and soon our voting system will become a national security issue that must be stopped

America does not have any "Test" to prove worthiness to vote.

At one time, back in the early days of the nation, they considered having land ownership qualifications, but discarded the idea. There have been Poll taxes a few times, but they were always rejected.

We do have a currently in use, three different mechanisms to deny voting rights, and many other rights, to people, which is legal, and requires significant documentation and process to be implemented.

If you are Convicted Felon, you cannot exercise the right to vote.

If you Committed to an Insane Asylum, you cannot exercise the right to vote.

You must be alive, and a Citizen of the United States to exercise the right to vote.




We need to do allot to re-affirm that those voting are both Alive and Citizens.


This is as close as I ever want to see America come to a "Qualification" test for voting rights.

Property test wAs a wisdom test. Wake up women could own property but could not vote. Seen as less wise. Voters had to be 21 not more unwise of 18. Presidents had to be at least 35. The founders clearly wanted only the wise to vote. This does not have to be a race issue. Have a logic wisdom test at the highest level. The sat math test is similar look at that to see would be voting. It's coming if you like it or not. China is advancing on us because they stop their unwise from making decisions they are copying our founders blue print. Wake up before we get too weak
 
Wake up. Understand what a property test was for. The ability to own and hold property then wAs then a true wisdom test. Women could own property but could not vote. Proving it was not a property test but s wisdom test They saw women as less wise. Saw many white males as less wise but saw many white males as indeed wise. So they found the wise white male thru a property test. The ability to gain and hold the most valuable thing at that time property. ALSo. The ones who owned twice amounts of property did not get to vote more. PROVING it was NOT a property test to vote. It WAS a wisdom test for voting!!!! N
 
The founders said there never was a democracy that did not commit suicide. That is indeed the history of the world. We had a limited democracy where only the wise got to vote NOW a much wider democracy that has the average voter IQ at record low number and hitting another record low each year. in modern times Rhodesia and South Africa changed to a much wider democracy which brought in lower iq's to vote. And now both nations have commuted suicide. OUTRAGEOUS that we did not learn from that modern history

DEAD WRONG !!! Owning 1 Acree votes equal to one owning 1000 acres Liberals seems to be so wrong. Liberals somehow thinks an IQ of 40 equals an IQ of 140 for voting. ONLY Crooks want 40 IQ voters to be equal to 140 IQ voter. Why. Easier to fool. So all democrats are classified either as crooks or low wisdom
