Voter fraud

And, it actually shows absolutely nothing.. because there isn't any evidence of signifigant voter fraud in those court filings. This is known as 'putting a spin on things to give a false interpretation of the facts'.

While you rag on my link apparently Free Beacon covered the case quite thoroughly showing my link was spot on and far from spin.

And it ended with the public interest legal group obtaining the lists of non-citizens registered to vote in just 2 VA jurisdictions.

A public interest legal group and two Virginia jurisdictions have agreed mutually to dismiss lawsuits stemming from the jurisdictions' refusal to allow the inspection of voter rolls for non-citizens.
The agreement was announced Monday by the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF), an Indiana-based organization that litigates to protect election integrity. The group*filed two lawsuits against the city of Manassas and Chesterfield County, Virginia, demanding the jurisdictions release the total number of non-citizens registered to vote in the area.
PILF will receive lists with the total number of non-citizens registered to vote in both Manassas and Chesterfield County.
"These are positive steps toward quantifying the true extent of noncitizen voter registration in Virginia," PILF president and general counsel J. Christian Adams said in a statement. "Washington and Richmond alike are positioned to consider various election integrity reforms and are right to do so. Those discussions deserve precise data like we’ve obtained."
The group said*it is preparing new measures for Virginia jurisdictions that still do not allow it to inspect their voter rolls for potential non-citizen voting activity.
Logan Churchwell, communications and research director at PILF, said the developments are a "big win" for transparency of local governments.
"This is a big win for private citizens working to keep their local governments transparent and accountable. Answers to questions like ‘how many non-U.S. citizens registered in my county last year?' should never be forbidden," Churchwell told the Washington Free Beacon. "In wrapping these cases, the remainder of the Commonwealth is on notice that it cannot hide these data from the public. They might as well start printing cancellation reports with non-citizens found on their rolls now."
Churchwell said the cases also show a way forward for the Trump administration as it*studies the scope of illegal voting.
"Looking at the larger picture, these cases show a way forward for the Trump Administration to study and quantify the true scope of illegal voting in 2016 and generally. Only the federal government has the tools and legal powers to compare our nation's voter files to immigration databases. All the information is in the DOJ's hands—if only it will take charge. PILF was forced to fill a gap that the Obama DOJ left with respect to asking these tough questions—but it can get back to that work again."
PILF's efforts previously led to the discovery of a number of non-citizens on voter rolls in the state.
In September 2016, the group released a report detailing the number of illegal immigrants on voter rolls from Virginia jurisdictions that complied with its requests for information.
Of the eight Virginia counties that complied*with the group's requests, PILF discovered 1,046 aliens registered to vote illegally. The group also found that ballots were cast in hundreds of instances prior to discovery.
"The problem is most certainly exponentially worse because we have no data regarding aliens on*the registration rolls for the other 125 Virginia localities," the group said at the time. "Even in this small sample, when the*voting history of this small sample of alien registrants is examined, nearly 200 verified ballots*were cast before they were removed from the rolls. Each one of them is likely a felony

And, notice the thing about that group. It's not a legal entity. and while it makes claims, it hasn't back up those claims in court. It did all sorts of things. It has not backe up the claims in court.

The group has a legal team. The group's attorneys filed for access on behalf of citizens in VA wanting access to public records. The group's attorneys filed in federal court FOIA to gain access to public records not just the voting records but the U.S. Census records of 2010, and those called for jury duty which comes from those registered to vote that were called but did not qualify because they were non-citizens. Eight counties finally complied with their request. Now if you don't care to believe the numbers fine but they are very transparent in their findings and glean the evidence they present in detail on their website.

Like I stated earlier the NEW AG who actually believes in the rule of law has access at his fingertips every illegal and legal immigrant in this country in a database. All he has to do is cross match those names with those on all 50 states voter records to find out how many are registered and how many have voted illegally in past elections which is a federal felony.

We can get to the bottom of this real quick.

Yes, they do. It's a legal team funded by the Koch Brothers. That doesn't mean their report has legal standing, or is accurate.

he's already outside of the law and if he knows anyone who has used forged documents he should be stripped of his office.

One would think that would be obvious. However, in California, it rewards him with office.

Hey Ramoss

Koch brothers? the head of the said group is a former member of the DOJ under President Bush, is an author and atty. He has not only challenged the voting records in VA but in N. Carolina, Florida, Texas etc. many of the same states the Obama administration fought tooth and nail to keep these states from purging their voting records and while others were trying to pass stronger voter identification laws because their voting records showed a real problem with those who are non-citizens voting.

He gave a candid interview with Ginna Thomas (Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas's wife) who contributes to the Daily Caller. It is well worth watching. A perspective I find you are lacking.

So the million dollar question is will AG Sessions do such a thing as match state voter registrations with the database at his fingertips that can verify every illegal who has applied for any assistance from the federal government and those who are non-citizens?

Are you against such a move Ramoss? You shouldn't be because it would reveal once and for all the number of people who have no right to be registered to vote. And if there is proof that they did, both instances is a clad lock case to have them deported.

AH. building straw men I see. Did you take a look about who funds that group?? As for the daily caller, I think that you using that as a source speaks volumes.

Well sorry my sources do not meet your standards like Media Matters, Huffopuffo, Slate, and the Nation. :lamo

Did you offer any proof who funds the group? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I hope our new AG does exactly what I describe above by matching state voter records in all 50 states with those in a database who are illegal and legal immigrants that do not have a right to vote including dead people etc. The database is at the fingertips of the AG
Let us see once and for all reveal to all citizens in this country the TRUTH who should have never been given the privilege to vote. Let us find out together how much fraud is in our system. Surely you should not be opposed to that.!!!! Or are you...LOL

If that can be done without restricting those people who have the right to vote with unneccessary burden, why not? However, the reality is that the way the so called 'vote id' laws are designed as to put restriction son the poor and minorities.

For pete sakes Ramoss, we are talking about individuals that do not have a right to vote. Time to turn off the violins and face facts. Let the chips fall where they may.

If there are far more people who have the right to vote and denied , that is a concern. THat is the purpose of the so called 'voter id' laws, actually, not the propoganda put out about the minor violations that are implied.

If can be a pretty big word but a very small one when there is nothing to substantiate ones claims.

This gobbledegook by Trump is a reflection of his ego being bruised because he lost the popular vote.

Trump needs to tell the American people why he is so soft on Russia.

No one can claim there is never any fraud. But for this spokesperson Miller to claim that "busloads of illegals were being bussed to NH to vote" is patently absurd. the only people who will believe such nonsense are the less sophisticated Trump supporters to which he was really speaking to.

Let us not forget that this Miller fellow is one of Trump's "yes m'am" men.

Perhaps "millions" of illegal immigrants aren't voting.

That being said, millions of people (who overwhelmingly vote left) are being imported and vote for bigger government. The left advocates so strongly for immigration but solemn mention immigrants from Europe or Eastern/Northern Asia. Reason being is that people from these areas generally have higher IQ and are more likely to be more financially stable and vote right, or at the very least, for smaller government.

... A lot of small governments in Europe and Northern Asian in the past..... 70 years... you know. Small governments like the French for the better part of 200+ years... or you know... the British with their small CCTV loving governments... or you know the Russians with their CCCP.

Lol.... yeah, the people of Europe and Northern Asia... with their higher IQs sure do love their small governments ....

Hell, the Russian government is so small today, that you can barely say it exists. It's really just Putin. Yeah, sure sounds like Europe and Northern Asia are going to be voting in 'small governments'.

The new trail trump/Bannon/Miller are blazing is that Oversight Chair Chaffetz will no longer be investigating the executive branch, as he would have been relentlessly doing since the election if Clinton had won .

Do you have a link to the emails from Representative Chaffets that can support your assertion?

It's tough to prove reality by accessing your insights into an alternate Universe.

The trouble with reality is that it's so real...

Of course, the trouble with fiction is that it makes so much sense.

?????????????????????????

I assume you didn't understand. The winners don't investigate because they won.

Losers CAN'T investigate because they lost.

A WINNER investigating a process that made him the winner seems counter to logic, but there you go.

Trump seems to specialize in moves that are counter intuitive.

i have always thought that the ONLY reason the Left cares so deeply for illegals is because they consider them to be an important part of their voter base.

Do you think Maria voted Republican?

You 'thought" WRONG!
