There is a lot of talk about the travel ban but anyone with a brain can figure things out this far.

Example;

You are a terrorist who was born in and radicalized in Iran. Would you really fly out of Iran to attack the US or Europe? Really?

That is a child's thinking. None of the 9/11 or the 1993 terrorists did. They were smarter than that.

You take a round about way to get to your target to deflect or eliminate detection or capture. So the travel ban is useless in stopping terrorists since they will use OTHER AIRLINES to get where they are going.

IF you are going to stop or at least slow terrorists in the Middle East from getting to us. Join hands with organizations like the Saudi or Jordanian Secret Police and find local assets to help you keep an eye on the bad guys. This is how they found OBL. Not by some stupid ban that even George II knew would not work.

In order to kill a mole you don't block off its hole. It will only find another way to get where it is going. You set traps and wait.

Not breaking news but he does have a point.

Not really, you can't just use other airlines and countries to get around such a ban. No matter what you still have to go through customs.

Patience and yes you can.

The problem with your line of thinking is that travel is controlled based on your passport, not where you physically are in the world. If you're Iranian and have an Iranian passport you're still going to be subject to the travel restrictions if you're coming to the US from France. Furthermore, part of this whole EO was insure that places like Yemen weren't issuing fake passports to bad people.

No....No you can't.

Give me and example of a blacklisted countries citizen simply flying in via another country and successfully clearing customs.
