What are you talking about? This isn't "fake news," this reports an excerpt - verbatim - from an upcoming interview. Then it says it's similar to something he said before - verbatim - on Morning Joe. WHAT IS FAKE ABOUT THIS?! The "fake news" meme should be called "reading bad, me like being stupid and staying stupid easy!"

Yep. If Obama criticized the US like this the hypocritical Cons would want him impeached.

But when Trump does it the excuses will be endless. The best excuses will be even though there are quotes, he really didn't say it. LOL

As far as I can tell, Trumpsters seem to think anything not officially endorsed by our Dear Orange Leader and his cabinet syncophants is "fake news." Only approved messages are real (I was going to add "and Breitbart," but it's the same thing now, isn't it).

They could literally be standing in the room with him and this WaPo reporter, and if the reporter turned to them immediately after they both heard it and said, "Wow, he just insulted the US to defend Russia!" they would scream, cover their ears, and yell, "FAKE NEWS, FAKE NEWS!"

They are excepts. Excerpts the frauds at WaPo have selected. How do you know they are verbatim? Is there a video linked in the article that places the entire conversation in context?

Just more dog whistles for the usual crowd. WaPo is no better than Info Wars. Perhaps they should merge.
 
If what the article says is true.... :shrug: Is Trump wrong? The US has been in one war or another for longer than I've been alive and while I might not be old, I'm on the tail end of middle aged. We've also given material support to terrorists in order to further certain goals. So...is he wrong?

He might be wrong to say it (debatable). As President he shouldn't, imo, really be saying anything negative about the US overall. Except to maybe accept responsibility for proven wrong doings committed by the government.
 
I'm not sold on a lot of the more extreme rumors of Trump's connection with Russia, but it is really weird that he won't let people criticize Putin. I have no idea why he feels the need to bend over backward for the guy.

Thank you for posting the link. I accept video as a source. I don't accept anything from the frauds at WaPo. It has nothing to do with liking or not liking what is being reported.

So, what's the problem with what Trump said?
