40% of Americans Want Trump Impeached

Interesting. Lets look at the survey data found in the link http://www.publicpolicypolling.com/pdf/2017/PPP_Release_National_2217.pdf :

Poll of 725 registered voters on January 30th and 31st. The margin of error is +/- 3.6%. 80% of participants, selected through a list based sample, responded via the phone, while 20% of respondents who did not have landlines conducted the survey over the internet through an opt-in internet panel. (Noting this was done at the end of his first 10 days in office).

Party Affiliation:

Democrat 41%
Republican 30%
Independent/Other 29%

Voted For:

Donald Trump 42%
Hillary Clinton 45%
Gary Johnson 3%
Jill Stein 1%
Someone else 8%

Not surprising that the poll results indicate 40% want to see him impeached.

Surprising that with 58% of those polled voting for someone other than Trump only 49% disapprove. :coffeepap:
Good grief, I wish morons would stop making definitive statements, based on an infinitesimal sampling, as if it were gospel truth. I think it's pretty safe to dismiss all of these "polls" out of hand.

Great job debunking yet another bogus "poll" Captain. :applaud

Yes, California really is as far gone as I say. They are now circulating a petition to succeed from the United States as a result of President Trumps victory.

They are passing legislation to make California a sanctuary state.

Income disparity is so extreme, the entire revenue stream from Income taxes comes from a very small number of people. There are 5,600 people providing 30% of the tax revenue the state depends on to operate.

What happens to finances and obligations if these people decide to leave, or their income doesn't remain high?

I could go on and on.

If you care to invest a little time, I think you should be able to connect to the link below. It's a article the articulates the problem rather well.

Forbes Welcome

Thank you for the link i will read it when i have a bit of time. Funny you asked the same question but in a different way that popped into my head when you said 5,600 pay 31%. My question is what keeps them there. If they have that kind of wealth they must be able to affotd to move or at least register their primary residency in another state to avoid those taxes. Why dont they kind of intrigues me.

Silicon Valley and Hollywood keep them local I imagine. When all the stock options play out, or should Hollywood become more irrelevant, California begins the long painful slide into economic ruin.

Did you read my post? Or are you just showing off your first grade math skills?

I read fine.

Why is this news? 4 in 10 Americans are liberals who never supported the guy in the first place, why is it shocking that they would want him impeached? The interesting conclusions from your poll is that 4 in 10 don't have a clue as to what impeachment is. Not surprising that they are Trump haters though. What is surprising about your poll is that 47% approve of what he is doing. With all his stumbles, the constant negative press and endless protests, 47% are happy with him. That should worry the morons who think he should be impeached.

And 49% disapprove of him. I repeat. Is 49 greater than 47 in your land of alternative facts?

It's hard to believe it's only 40. Where have they been?

While i agree with you in general. I caution you not to fall into the same trap the kefts smugness has gotten them into. They believed the right was falling into oblivion, and their overreach bit them in the ass. We should be looking for a considerate approach of reform even though the other side seems to be very inconsiderate toward our views.

Oh, no. You should definitely keep acting like a growing majority is behind your Orange leader.

The only problem I have with Trump being impeached is President Pence...

Is that how i am acting?

"You" as in the rest of the merry band of Trumpian boot lickers.

I dont expect that you care but fyi i take offense to your misscharacterization of me so you can impune my opinions. Its an unflattering look for you. I said nothing to merit that dialouge. I have always tried to be respectful toward you.

Pence, Ryan whoever would be better than this bull rampaging through the china shop who we currently call president.

They may be extremist creeps, but they have the advantage of being sane.

The stunned Left, including our mainstream media is determined to topple The White House. Will they succeed? Doubtful.

The proof is that this was going on before the election and the voters revolted, throwing the bums out on their asses, including the main stream media and the celebrities. So, it is very unlikely that this tack will be successful. In fact, it will probably backfire on them, particularly in 2018. Until then, I'm going to enjoy every minute of their denial.

44 of 10 want this guy out of office. Pence fans?

Also, stunning, 49% disapprove of the Orange Man's job to date, while only 47% approve.

Four in 10 Americans want Trump impeached, five in 10 wish Obama was still president, poll says | News & Observer

Doesn't surprise me, Trumps approval rating is not out of line with what previous presidents have had since the end of Clinton. GW was in the thirties most of his second term and Obama had mid to upper 40s most of his office.

what we're seeing is that those who oppose trump are more emotionally against their non-preferred president then in the past.
