What mess? The one President Obama made and left in Trump's lap? That one? If McCain felt the need to reach out, I'm glad he did so. The Prime Minister, on the other hand, said he was not hung up on and their call ended courteously. He also indicated that President Trump had agreed to honor the deal made by his predecessor.

Our news media has blown it up all out of proportion as usual. And John McCain is doing what every congressman always does... making political hay as, if and when he can.
 
McCain... "cleaned something up"... perhaps I should be checking to see if hell froze over.
