I notice you're not quoting her..... :doh
The answer to your question is yes, that's correct. And the obvious follow up to that is for a person to point out that a President can be removed by 1) election in 2020, 2) impeachment, 3) 25th Amendment, and 4) the military obviously CAN refuse to follow an insane order is not to advocate for any of them.
Hold on...we'll get to that.
But yes...it is correct. She cited 4 ways in which Trump can be removed. NOW...keeping in mind that I didnt write either article nor post the OP...lets EXAMINE her words. Her actual words.
She didnt say "some day it may become necessary to remove Donald Trump." No. What she DID say is
-Are we really stuck with this guy?
-Yes, he is as crazy as everyone feared.
-Nope. In his first week in office, Trump has made it eminently clear that he meant every loopy, appalling word — and then some.
-Thus the question: Are we truly stuck with Donald Trump?
-It depends. There are essentially four ways to get rid of a crummy president.
And then she lists them.
Now...is she CALLING for a coup? Not directly (and I never said she was...so you might be addressing someone else).
But what she DID SAY quite clearly is that in the first week and a half she believes he has met criteria for removal and she has offered 4 ways that it can happen (one of which is just letting it ride for 4 years).
Regarding a coup...she ADMITS...that now she actually thinks its at least no longr unthinkable.
-The fourth possibility is one that until recently I would have said was unthinkable in the United States of America: a military coup, or at least a refusal by military leaders to obey certain orders.
So thats it. She HAS laid out what she believes is the REASON Trump should be removed and then offered thee ways he could b removed.
Wouldnt you agree that is an absolutely accurate accounting of her article?
