Somebody on the Trump team made a tactical error. They should not have made the EO apply to people already en route. It just stirred up **** among the deplorable ***** hat wearers.

The stay is probably a good thing. It doesn't apply to the ban going forward but the people already en route should not have been effected.

Interesting to see what will happen when this ultimately goes up the court system.

IF ti is not this that gets him - in the end it will be his own hubris.... his tendency, actually his obsession with over reaching.... it will cause him to be done in by his own serious personality and mental defects.

I suspect we will see a long line of this nonsense before Trump is taken out with the trash. But that day will indeed happen and he will have done it to himself.

The judge was confirmed by a GOP senate that confirmed very few of Obama's judges during his last two years, including zero USSC Justices.

But yes, we get the trumpistan deflection syndrome away from the lying coward in chief .

Uh, the bigger piece will be Trump's carelessness and ineptitude. Just look at his awful nominations and sloppy executive orders. Done without vetting or preparation. Last minute. No effort on anyone's part to communicate or draw clear strategies of what the end goal is.

It's toxic and light of all of these horrific policies, it'll drag down the administration quickly.

I have always credited Dem judges will being far more likely to vote for their party than Republican Judges
