However, they have an excellent child vaccination rate. So they have that going for them which is nice.

That's what's amazing about that state. They're last in everything, so "What to do?", legislators ask. Answer: "Let's put a loaded economic gun to our head and pull the trigger!"

I guess we should be thankful in Tennessee.
