I feel the way sane Germans felt on January 30, 1933.

I do not agree with DSaunders. The only one I see is "frightening" is him.

One should ask Saunders if the "world" sees ISIS as a good thing and no threat. One should ask him if he believes a country should protect is borders and promote its business on the world market?

To those who stand to lose under Trump's administration, yeah maybe

Pure hyperbolic bull****.

Doug Saunders @DougSaunders

If you thought you'd never see anything on TV as frightening as 9/11, this was it. But the consequences of this are far more damaging

With lunatic hysteria? Nope. We survived Carter, Obama and come teh worst, Trump. I however think we'll see something less than disaster with Trump.

and this one -
Seizing control of a powerful state is, by definition, more potentially damaging than a criminal act on any scale. And harder to reverse

I have no idea who the guy is but he's completely off his rocker.

For a year I have been listening to people tell me that Trump is a member of the elite so therefor there is no Rebellion.

I suspect today bunches of people finally learned otherwise.

SWEET

Frightening? Absolutely not.

A miserable failure? Yes.

Trumps words were inspirational and loving. I ignore the bitterness out of the left. They are gonna hafta figure out how to reconcile their feelings with the reality of having to concede ground to people they dont agree with.

I don't get it.

Too much intelligence, that's your problem.

You'd have to drink more bleach to get it.

Serious guess? The maker of that photoshop is minimizing the Clinton email scandal and suggesting Trump's election will result in catastrophic events like flooding and that her misconduct in managing confidential files is a relative non-issue because the world is going to end and we should have voted Hillary but it's too late.

And Phys is agreeing with that nonsense, because see initial comment.

Difficult to agree with brain numbed hacks, so I think I'll leave the final answer to those who are able to be taken in by them.

Agree? You are an embarrassment to America and unbelievably disrespectful to fallen heros and victims of terrorism. Go to your safe place and shut your mouth

You know the person who tweeted that isn't here, right?

It's humorous just how timid and hysterical the left will get when they see their absurd ideological insanity threatened by that basket of deplorables. They've become soooooo brainwashed by the welfare state, political correct propaganda coming from major media and the political duopoly status-quo politicians jargon, that a trash talking go getting throwback rugged American making a 10 minute inaugural address threatening to get something done, scares the crap out of them.

Re: Trump Inauguration was "as frightening as 9/11"

Sad that we've had to endure eight years of a megalomaniacal king-wannabe. Because of him, citizens will think any new president will think he's a freakin' king.

Personally...I'm glad a civilian is president. Regardless of who it is.

It was basically a campaign speech, its still clear he doesn't grasp the gravity of the position he's in.
His campaign speeches were always terrible as well.
