Trump Inauguration was "as frightening as 9/11"

And another:

@BruceBartlett

I feel the way sane Germans felt on January 30, 1933.

Trump is not polling very well currently. He has a lot of supporters, but it doesn't compare to a Hitler rally or parade. The amount of excitement and enthusiasm crowds had for Hitler is not really there for Trump. Trump supporters are a pretty geographically confined in comparison to support for Hitler. Trump supporters seem mostly 50+ and his economy message and "make America great again" is pretty much confined to that group of people. I actually feel kind of sorry for his supporters. I think he is going to let them down. They are excited and happy and I can tell, so it is actually tragic that they put so much hope in him.

It doesn't remind me of Hitler.

Trumps words were inspirational and loving. I ignore the bitterness out of the left. They are gonna hafta figure out how to reconcile their feelings with the reality of having to concede ground to people they dont agree with.

Trump basically pissed on minorities throughout his campaign, and has since been trying to convince us was raining the whole time. I am not falling for it, and neither are the people I know. Of course his supporters want to easily buy it, because who wants the guy they elected to tell them they played the southern strategy, fear, and racial prejudice?

The damage is already done.

Just like every BS'ing politician. Trump would love to do all kinds of things, but the founding fathers made it very difficult because they believed in limited central government and no one person rule. Trump will have to deal now with the Congress, the leftist media, the courts, the Constitution and nutjobs that want him dead. Only egomaniacs want that idiot's job. He could be retired to his Florida golf course. That proves how smart he is.....not!

No President was ever more racist than Barrack Obama. He's inspired a race war and stimulated black hatred and racism. Trump would have to work overtime to beat that racist record.
