That literally doesn't make sense. Trump was more popular with low educated people, hence Trump's more likely to be popular with unemployed people.

Rasmussen is notorious for favoring Republicans. That's why I (and many others) stick to poll aggregators like RealClearPolitics.

RCP has Trump at 42% favorable, 50% unfavorable. That's slightly down from a peak of 45% after the election.

And no, I don't pick RCP to favor one side or the other. E.g. just the other day, a bunch of individual polls put Obama's job approval rating at 60% or higher. I went with the RCP number which was around 55%.

By the way, Rasmussen puts Obama's approval rating at 60%.

Here are Obama's numbers. Notice that Obama's approval ratings started trending up in December 25, 2015.

Allow me to show you what happens when a widely disliked President leaves office. Hint: Their approval ratings don't trend up a year before the election.

Guess that means all those fake stories had some effect. Trump hasn't completely drained the lw media swamp.Yet. Takes a while to undo decades of media bias.

er uh Klat, you're confused about the obstructionism from republicans the last 8 years. they opposed things they had previously supported be it mandates, stimulus, deficit reduction, growing the economy, tax cuts, etc. Democrats wont try to sabotage the economy like republicans. We wouldn't tolerate the un-American actions you and yours cheered for the last 8 years.
