Trump. 165 days and counting...

None as I recall. Trump isn't president yet. Why do people who cannot even vote in our election worried about how many press conferences the president-elect for another country gives? Do any of us care how many press conferences the PM of England Gives? I sure as hell do not

She did have some, but she had like a six month hiatus.

I don't care either way.

I think the people who are whining are whining for the sake of whining-not because they really wanted to hear Trump have a press conference given they hated him in the first place

America rules the world. No other world leader is as important as the POTUS.

he is busy doing actual work and more important things than having a press conference.
as far as I know he is still putting his cabinet together and there are still some items to fill out.

I agree that the standard is different. How many do you think he should have? How many did Obama or other presidents have before he became President?

I don't know, but is Obama really the standard we should hold him to? If his foreign policy is a disaster area, well so was Obama's?

His campaign was "I'm awesone, I'll fix everything." I expect him to be better.

I honestly don't care if he holds a press conference or not. But it would probably be a good idea for him to do so eventually (and I think he will be doing press conferences much more often once he's sworn in).

So we can expect them when he is President then?

Why are you so worried about it? Your implied criticism is just another whinery about his winning the election. You compare him to no one else as president elect and yet imply he's somehow hiding. Which he isn't. We hear a great deal from him. Hold your horses!

show me that is interfering with anything.
there is nothing that says he has to give press conferences every so often.

He should have no work concerns outside of being the president. It's just ridiculous that he's keeping that position. It's all for his ridiculous vanity.

And that is far beyond the press conference thing. This just further demonstrates how unfit the man is to be the POTUS.

Not whining, resistance. We will always resist him, and his idiotic and terrifying alt-right lunatics.

Unfit to be president? Aren't you over it YET??

Edit...I just noticed your VERY liberal. You'll NEVER get over it.

Nope. Won't ever be. We need to fight him at every turn. He is simply unfit to be the leader of the free world.

your opinion is just that.
show that it is interfering with anything and you might have an argument.

as long as he is not sacrificing the job of president to do that there is nothing wrong with it.
he makes a few decisions here or there but leaves it up to the show producer to handle everything else.

maybe next time put up someone that is well Hillary.
LOL

no Clinton was unfit. trump we have yet to see.
you can fight away good luck in 4 years.

I guess liberals didn't learn their lesson yet.

That's crazy no matter how true it is. He's a mensch, until he ****s it all up.

There's always questions to be asked. Why them? What are the specifics? Trump has been very sparse on specifics. We deserve specifics.

He's not president yet. One of the most juvenile mistakes of the Obama presidency was speaking on things he had no clue about. He will take office, his team will draw up a plan of action, he will give it to Congress and brief the press like an adult. I guess you need the "shovel ready jobs" and "Close GITMO" pressers to get warm fuzzies but now that he is president I would rather he wait until a plan is in place.

I mean, he could take questions discussing the outrageous amount of lies he has made over the course of the campaign and since the election. Hell, his Twitter feed alone is fodder for many, "pants of fire" lies. Of course, you know this is why he's unwilling to step foot in front of reporters. They'll call him out on his ****.

The people in the audience are the purveyors of lies. It's their bread and butter. Trump will start doing press conferences when he is president. It's part of growing up to know when to give someone in full blown tantrum some space. The press in on time out.

Hardly. It's pathetic to lay down and give up.

you don't even know what you are fighting. just a bunch of talking points.
he hasn't done anything to even fight.

Give up??

So in your mind, it's giving up to accept the election results?? To wish him well? To hope he surprises his detractors?

I repeat. Pathetic.

I know exactly what I'm fighting. Stop making excuses for the man.
