U.S. Consumer Confidence Jumps to Highest Level Since 2001

That's what happens when you have an adult running the country instead of a putz.

It helps when you have a President that has actually had a job, before he got elected.

What signs point to that?

Well, the fact that the market always levels out after a spike. And even a minor drop is going to piss people off. Trump also has had a rather hit and miss record in the past, but the federal government isn't exactly something you can afford to mismanage.

But then again you were making comparisons to 2001, so I pointed out how things in 2001 rapidly went to hell.

That's all you have?

Well, I know it's hard to support trump and acknowledge reality at the same time, but yeah, that's "all" I have.

The market rises and falls. That's not a sign that President Trump's economy is going to go tits up.

Yeah, I just said that. But you are the one making a huge deal over the fact that it rose. What happens when it falls?

His track record, though, makes it a a more then fair likelyhood.

I'm not making a big deal out of it. That isn't even what this thread is about.

You said that when the market dips again that it's a signbof collapse.

You clearly are, seeing as you've made an entire thread about it.
