When you combine the states he loses a considerable chunk of his total. The plan was never to turn the states since that would call for moving the bar thousands of votes and more than 1%, which has never been done, but to simply delay the process to where those states and votes don't count, so Hillary can get the win.

She had classified information on her private server that was classified at the time.
She sent and received classified information with the use of her e-mail server.

Except for one major detail - that Comey agrees with me in that what Clinton did does not rise to level of criminal activity and - what was it? - that no reasonable prosecutor would distort the meaning of the statute in such a way as to make it applicable in this case?

He isn't considering that the statute has never been interpreted or applied in such a way. After all, most of the Bush Administration including Colin Powell are still free men and women.

Considering that she sent and received the e-mails and even went so far as to order them e-mailed to her, yeah, there was indeed intent to break the law.

Not according to any interpretation or application of that statute the FBI or DOJ have ever made. But hey, get back to me if the Republicans and the FBI spend millions investigating why Colin Powell was e-mailing a Secretary of State with advice on how to bypass DOS electronic security protocols.

Didn't she also set up her own private server away from her public unused server, and instruct correspondents to use her private email? or was that somebody else?
