trump attacking Hillary over election recount

Except the vote wasn't close, as we get so many votes even with less than 1% Trump still has a 20,000 vote lead. Unless there was massive fraud or major mistakes there is no way a recount will shift that many votes. Not to mention even when there is a close enough margin for a real recount and it does flip an election what happens after could not be described by anyone as "healthy for democracy"

If a recount show that Hillary actually did win, I would expect trump to accept the new results.

Except it's not. A 2000 recount that was favored towards Gore shifted 1200 votes, a full 2008 Minnesota recount changed 500 votes. Do you really think a 3 state recount is going to swing 100,000 votes all in the favor of one candidate?

You are so missing the point with his statement on this, he left a barn sized back door open to go after HRC. look back at how he and the surrogates termed this softening, “Personally”. Congress and the FBI are still in play, the new and approved justice department with a Trump AG will absolutely destroy the Clintons and their fake foundation. Trump can sit back and repeat he “personally” disapproves but can’t control autonomies agencies.

Citations are required for that bolded above assertion. I seems that NH fits in with MI using that less than 1% criteria but not WI or PA.

Isn't it? It's interesting to see, though, how, suddenly, they're enthusiatically now agreeing with Trump's suggestion early on that the results could be "rigged" to such a degree as to actually alter a presidential election.

The funny thing is that conservatives never paid attention to this at all, come January 20 they would never know anything had happened.

Yes, I'm 100% certain your motivation here is entirely the integrity of the voting process, and not even one iota the longshot hope that the whole election might be overturned.
