I can give you the Guardian article that outlines his hesitation to have his children around Jews. It's pretty easy to find the divorce papers which Politico got their hands on. His ex-wife (one of the three, I don't know which one) said she was told she'd be financially destroyed if she showed up to court. The ADL link has the information about Bannon physically assaulting his wife (I think that was a different wife) and calling her a c___ while choking her - sorry for being redundant. That's not conjecture, that's a fact outlined in a police report that mentions the marks on her neck and arms.

So let's be generous - he's just a wife beating guy who uses his money to threaten his ex-wives because he doesn't want people to know that he doesn't like Jewish people and was the editor of a website who attracted readers by being anti-Muslim, feminist (female IMO but I'm being fair) and homosexual. That last paragraph is fact and the links provide legal and empirical evidence to prove it.

If you'd want that kind of guy advising our President, you have the right to think so. But you have to admit that there's some justification for the millions of people who are not even a little OK with it.

I the theme of being generous as well as being honest and telling the full truth, all that happened quite a number of years ago, 1996 to be exact.
That's some 20 years ago, and in the middle of what appears to be a rather ugly divorce.

From this you embellish that he doesn't like Jewish people - even counter to ADL's public statements. No idea where you make up all that about his website, and the people who frequent it.

I think perhaps you just don't like Breitbart. Fine. Don't read it. No one's forcing you to.

I mis-spoke. I can't say he doesn't like Jewish people. It's just what he told his ex-wife which is in a legal document that Politico obtained.

Frankly, I'm far more concerned about the fact that he attacked his wife (again, police report, documentation, marks, etc.). Real men don't assault their wives. I'm hoping we can agree on that. So... why should I like a guy who beat his wife, even if we throw everything else out the window?

No argument with that, but also, given the situation, a nasty divorce and all, call it extenuating circumstances. Not mitigation of responsibility though, and since there's not been a repeating pattern, call it a one time incident.
