It's looking like he will. In a practical sense he's with the Bernie Sanders wing of the Democratic party. It's not clear what his Muslim ties will mean.

House: Nancy Pelosi; Ms. You have to pass ObamaKare to find out what's inside.
Barack Hussein Obama (Barney Rubble): The guy largely responsible for turning the Demokrat Partei into a pile of rubble.
Obama isn't going away, and that's not good for Demokrats. His policies have been repudiated in 10,14 and 16. He will prevent possible stars from rising. People have had enough of the President with No Legacy except 9 Trillion of Debt.
All this is wonderful news for Republicans.
