I saw a post in another thread and it got me thinking. More than likely, Trump and the Republicans will repeal and replace Obamacare by bits and pieces, leaving some "Obamacare" parts in place while repealing and replacing other parts with something different, morphing everything into "Trumpcare". Wouldn't it be ironic if Obama's signature legislation and hopeful legacy does morph into "Trumpcare", the name Healthcare will be remembered throughout history?

You do realize that Republicans are the ones that coined the phrase Obamacare right?
 
I agree with the bits and pieces over time. The ACA will be repealed by budget reconciliation. There will be no filibuster. Possum Head Schumer will need another platform to decry the action. The Turtle Head will win that round. Possum Head will have plenty of opportunities after that.
 
Rebranding it is pretty much the only "replace" plan the GOP has. So yeah, that's probably what will end up happening. Maybe it'll be easier for Trump to sell the ACA to his supporters once it's named affect him.
 
It needs to be repealed and replaced with something that actually works and abides by the constitution
And doesn't pick winners and losers.

It will be. They didn't hate ObamaCare as much as they hated Obama. Once it's called TrumpCare, it will be fine.

imo the trump care will be repealed n replaced by coulter-care
