Looks like common core math. Why is Bush getting dinged 1.7T for domestic and defense spending but its not on Obama's portion ?

Wait, would whitehouse.gov be purposefully misleading ????

Well, get ready for it to probably skyrocket yet again.

Trump is promising big spending on infrastructure and the military with tax cuts (mostly for the rich).

Unless the economy absolutely booms (and considering it is staggering along, propped up by government deficits and Fed low interest rates)...the national debt is going to rocket upwards, imo.

The misleading part of this is that most of the damage Obama caused won't show up until the future. Kinda like how Obamacare looked so rosy and sunny before it was implemented. A few years in, and a few exponential increases in its cost, now it looks like a bloated money-burning nightmare.

wait Obama doesn't lie.
(you can keep your insurance and doctor if you like it).

Idiocy that ignore the economic benefits of cutting taxes. We've all seen this pile of lies and distortions before and they're just as now as they were the first time some Bush hating liberal decided to ignore basic economics and push this lie.

What benefit? It's been 16 years since Bush cut taxes and the current President elect won last week because of the sluggish economy.

Fail.

Ah but now that there will be another Republican in the WH all those so called 'small government, less spending' Republicans who bitched and complained about the debt these past 8 years, now won't care even a little bit the debt or spending.

We already see it a little bit on this site, and Trump ain't even Prez yet.

I was just thinking the same thing this morning. How many headlines about the national debt will appear on Drudge and Breitbart now?

None would be my guess.
