Too little too late, IMO. But, at least they are trying to clean up the cesspool.

Recently Twitter suspended more accounts associated with the alt-right, which the Southern Poverty Law Center describes as “a set of far-right ideologies, groups and individuals whose core belief is that ‘white identity’ is under attack by multicultural forces using ‘political correctness’ and ‘social justice’ to undermine white people and ‘their’ civilization.”

Included among them was the verified account of Richard Spencer, whom The Washington Post described as a leader of the alt-right and “one of the most media-savvy thinkers in the movement.”

Spencer was a main character in the "alt-right is really the white nationalists" article I posted a few weeks ago.

In before whining about freedom of speech without understanding what that even means.

Twitter, like Debate Politics, is not an arena for free speech. The owners can choose whatever speech they want to allow or disallow. There is no requirement for them to do so equitably.

Free speech comes in when users choose to either abandon or flock to that venue.

Private entity, they can do what they want. but if you start restricting speech too much, just like if a forum like this does, a new twitter will take over.

The only issue is that the SJW left may be bombarding twitter with reported abuses on these accounts which triggers the suspensions. If the right really wanted to organize, they would attack left wing posters by flagging their posts and maybe twitter would get sick of it and adopt a more content neutral policy, assuming they haven't gone bankrupt by then.

Way too late. Facebook was flooded with false stories through out the election and many if not most were against Clinton and for Trump. Most came from the same alt-right Briebart affiliated bull**** sites.
